Terrace House "Tbilisi" — Hotel in Tbilisi

For a short trip of 4-5 days, for us as a family with teenagers and first timers in Georgia, whats required is not big star hotel nor a place in tiwn centre but what made it a perfect combo of tight daily schedule, a light leisure of time, the spice of excitement and fun - was because of a great host in David, a cosy and homely Terrace House 402. Amenities in kitchen (for us as Indian vegetarians), daily topped up by David with breakfast essentials, a good hospitable Cleaning help in Kristina who not just cleaned up the house and kitchen but set the house and beds welcoming by end of day. With customised recommendations of tourist spots, ensuring an off track stop points on all day trips, facilitating all support for local market to PCRs, personalised van-car arrangement and hands on to accompany where required as a guide, it was amazing experience with both David and Terrace House. Holidays are to leave mindset at ease, very much that David represents. Heaters in room, geysers in wash and cosy comfortable beds - all daily cleaned and reset. Veey good wifi network within home. There is definitely bit of steep walk - ensure the car picks and drops you back close to buildings. There is always going to be something that may not sound perfect but holiday is to enjoy, have cosy times, create memories and capture moments. Make sure to begin daily tour by 9 or 930am and back by 7 or 730 back to a cosy home. We realised late but one road behind (400 metres) there are enough Super markets, bakery, small shops to hang. I have no words to describe my impressions. I would never expect such level of hospitality, friendliness and warmth. The hostesses - Tamara and her Mom - are the most welcoming ladies I ever met. They made everything to make guests feel at home. And every morning they cook home breakfasts!

Our room was spacious, with lots of drawers and a wardrobe, also we had our personal terrace shared with another room - in addition to the common terrace at the kitchen :)

There are two toilets and showers on the floor, and as there are not really a lot of guests, that's absolutely enough. They even have a hand-made soap in the showers! 😍

Just a small detail which says a lot: I prefer my coffee with milk, and Tamara bought some milk especially for me. Later I got to know that this product is extremely expensive in Georgia, and locals seldom drink it.

Clean tidy but little bit you need to walk to the hill. And nice view. A lady who is the responsible she is very helpful and very friendly. But you are clearly coming in a flat inside then there is other room to rent. So not like rent a private flat renting a room with common kitchen etc.

Also there is no healthy pans you can see the pics. Horrible! They want you to use...
