The worst customer service ever. They were really mean when we wanted to check in and they let us wait and didn’t even care that we were waiting there for a really long time and were mean about it, when we finally checked-in we got a room that was totally different than what we paid for, the pictures on the internet were totally different. We were four persons and they prepared sheets, pillows and towels only for three people and when we complained about it they said they will take care of it. But they didn’t. We didn’t get anything. We tried to call them a thousand times again and in the end they didn’t even answer. Read moreWonderful apartment in the heart of the middle of a beautiful city. Yes parking is difficult to navigate and I'm disabled and we were on a long road trip but we managed just fine. The apartment is disabled friendly and the only tiny issue I could find was that the air conditioning wasn't good enough for when its summer time.
Highly recommended from a well travelled family. So clean and awesome communication from the reception.
One of the best places to be if you are in Budapest whether you have disabilities or not.

The room looked nice but was lacking in small things like a tea towel to dry dishes and a clothes drying rack. There were no washing tablets, so we had to buy a whole pack just to do one wash.
