I highly recommend no one stays at this establishment. There are no elevators in the hotel and the front desk receptionist are not helpful. I fell down the stairs carrying my luggage and , Hamsa, the front desk reception didn’t event blink an eye to assist to help after seeing me on the floor. My husband reached out to booking to notify the hotel staff of the incident but they did not even apologize. I left the hotel with a severely sprained ankle that ruined my vacation and required medical attention.
People like this should not be working in hospitality if they lack common decency.
Edit:
The front receptionist did not apologize after the fall nor did he acknowledge it happened. We were assisted upon check in by you but not upon check out by anyone else. Again you should get your facts straight as well.
Lastly, if you want to pick on reviews you should check your own. I can’t imagine what my reviews have anything to do with my falling at your establishment. You clearly have an issue with being rude and bringing your dog to the hotel based on the negative reviews at hand.
I pray no one else gets treated the way you treat others and that someone like you no longer works in the...
Read moreThe Hotel is lovely. Really beautifully decorated and centrally loacted. We were able to walk everywhere. (and did)
The staff were very friendly and access into the property once checked in is gained using your room door card limiting access to guests only, so rest assured its a very safe stay.
Extra pillows, iron / Ironing board, and towels available on request too which was handy.
Our room was cleaned and made daily.
The Room (12) was lovely and quiet and faced the inner courtyard and the bathroom was very nicely appointed. Walls and soft furnishings are dark which is complimented by the lovely lighting with plenty of seating available in the public areas if you didnt want to remain in the room.
The Hotel is showing some very minor wear and tear but that's to be expected in a busy city and nothing that a little bit of a paint touch up wouldnt fix in due course.
There is no restaurant on site but being centrally located there are more eating establishments than you would ever need within a 5 minute walk in all directions.

Read moreThis is a lovely hotel. Situated close to all main attractions in beautiful Budapest. It is authentic and traditional in furnishings and decor. Room was good size, comfortable and very clean. Lovely bed very comfortable. Bathroom right size,. Good powerful shower and a hairdryer that does the job! Not a weak hand travel dryer attached to a wall. All staff were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. A good buffet with selection of pastries, juice and fruit. On top of this a menu and you can choose from many dishes which we tried and they were all presented to a high standard and tasted superb. Unlimited tea, coffee and juice too. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. Air conditioning that is easy to operate. Photographs realistic as shown on site. Our room was adjacent to busy main street but the noise was not a problem to us though you can hear sirens of emergency traffic throughout the hours. I would stay here again....
