Jackquaters — Hotel in Budapest

I spent July 14-15 there and it was a disaster. The only positive thing is the location. Don't be fooled by the photos on the website!!! This Jack is a cheater, a big time thief. I had a reservation at Jackquarters str Petöfi ter no 3-5. Here the building had a porter and a balcony. I booked here because of the balcony and the view from the balcony. I arrived at the address where there was no one to check in or even provide information. I got in touch via SMS and this Jack directed me through photos to a completely different address, str Apaczai Csere Janos no. 1. Here the dark corridor and dirty walls, the room did not have a balcony as promised and shown in the photos posted by him. So keep in mind that this Jack has 2 buildings!!! if he does not accommodate you in the building in Petöfi street, you will be totally disappointed. on Apaczai Csere Janos nr 1 a disaster! since he didn't like my review on Booking, he responded with a package of lies and abuse, he also contacted me on my private phone to insult me! Attention, he is an aggressive and brutal pressoana, a thief. The furnished room from my grandmother's time was not even Ikea. The room did not have a balcony, it did not have the view shown and it was not as beautiful as the place shown, you could only see half of the hotel Marriott, which is in front and the Marriott Parking. Unfortunately, it was not even clean, the room was full of kitchen cockroaches, the bathroom was dirty, the drain from the shower was clogged (I unblocked it and it was full of dirt). It was 40 degrees outside and in the room the air conditioner, although it shows 16 degrees, was not working, it was faulty. I am posting the pictures as proof. you can see the difference between the two locations and the mess. The last picture of the building where I was supposed to stay shows that it also has a balcony! The rest of the pictures are from the building where I was transferred without being informed! in front of the window is a railing that this Jack calls a balcony. The refrigerator is located in the WC next to the shower, totally unhygienic! Bardzo fajne miejsce, z niesamowitym widokiem z okna. Do dyspozycji dostajemy bardzo dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie w ścisłym centrum, 50 metrów od mostu Elżbiety. Jest też niewielki balkon, na którym można usiąść i podziwiać widok.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Wszystkie informacje dostajemy na bieżąco przez Whatsapp.

Motocykl można bezpiecznie zaparkować na podwórku kamienicy, ale trzeba o to poprosić portiera.

Great place, with an amazing view from the window. We have at our disposal a very well-equipped apartment in the very center, 50 meters from the Elżbieta Bridge. There is also a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view.
