PRLMNT Bar Budapest — Restaurant in Budapest

I was walking from the parliament building late at night, hoping to find a bar for some Palinka shots or any drink that would keep me warm since it rained a bit that night. When I saw this place open, I went in straight to the bar, I asked the lady there if they were still open and she said yes for at least two hours. Based on her response I bought a shot of Palinka and a beer, half way through my beer (about 30 minutes), the last group of guests left except me and the staff started cleaning, speaking Hungarian, looking at me and laughing. About 20 minutes later they were done and they started turning of lights and TV, at that point I got up went to ask that same lady if they were closing and I had to leave, she said yes and I asked why she didn't just say so. They all started laughing and speaking Hungarian, I asked for my beer to be transferred into a plastic cup...

So I went to this place twice for sisha and by far this is the best sisha in town. First time I had an issue with the service (the girl was giving horrible service, had to do all self service on the sisha so it got messy once coals were write burned), but the second time the guy was awesome and service was 5/5. Both times I tried lady killer tobacco, sisha was great, I'd come here again for it. Great flavor and price is better than other places for the same tobacco. This is without a doubt the best shisha café in town, the ambience is amazing with its cozy vibe and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming.
