I stayed here because of the good reviews and because it was said to be clean. First of all, there's no breakfast. Older reviews mentioned breakfast, but it's no longer provided. There's also no elevator.
The most important issue is that the room was extremely dirty. The exterior looks clean, and the room is spacious, which I liked, but the bedding was very dirty. In the corners, there was dust, used dental floss, and contact lenses from previous guests. When I lifted the blanket, there was a lot of someone else's hair, and when I lay down, my body felt itchy.
I stayed for multiple nights. When I asked for new towels, they eventually gave me some, but it felt like they didn’t want to.
The biggest problem is that there's no one at the reception desk. Even if you need something, there's no staff around, so it's very inconvenient.

Read moreThe shower area in a standard twin room is small, so it may be inconvenient to wash. Also, the water temperature goes back and forth from warm to cold. (The water pressure is strong) There is no noise at all between floors and adjacent rooms. The location is also quiet as it is one block away from Dotonbori. You can turn on the key and leave the air conditioner on. The room was spacious so I was able to sleep in my suitcase. Cleaning is provided once a day and water is refilled. There are Korean staff and Japanese staff can communicate in simple English. There is a laundry room, but there is only one washing machine and one dryer. It was a really nice hotel and everything was good except the shower booth. If I visit Osaka again, I would...

Ms. Sato, the receptionist that time, was very kind and helpful and very accommodating. She really worked with us and took care of us.
The place looked newly renovated. It is very clean, tidy, cozy and comfortable. An atmosphere of a western hotel. Prices are competetive. It is 10minutes walk from Shinsaibashi and Dotombori, both famous tourist attraction. 4mins walk from Doton plaza, where there is an airport...
