First night the air conditioner did not work well. Maybe the air exchange was malfunction because the room just had a lingering smoke smell. I turned it to lowest setting to cool and it leaked on my head. In fact it leaked directly into my face and good thing it was a drop and rip or I could have had inhaled water into my nose.
Second after I asked to get it looked at someone came adjusted the settings and asked me to wait a few minutes to see if that was better. Why? It was malfunctioning all night. They changed me to a different room on another floor, somehow it smelled even more of smoke even though it was nonsmoking. The good part, they provide a room refreshing spray do you can drown your noses senses in cheap fragrance instead of smoke. Win!!
The third straw was when I was ready to check out I used the machines in the facility. No never do this!!! They are dirty and never cleaned, and not functioning. The drum clean cycle did nothing. When the water came and I saw how dirty it was, it nearly turned my stomach that my clothes were washed in that. But beggars can’t be choosers, I throw it into the dryer. 1 and 1/2 hour later and it wasn’t dry. The dryers don’t work at all either. So why would a hotel have facilities that don’t work but don’t put a sign up saying they are out of service? I don’t know. When I brought this up to the front desk she politely told me she’s not responsible for that not working. I use at my own risk. The problem is, why would a hotel have non functioning machines, I took at risk to see if it works? When you pay for something it should work. If it doesn’t put an out of order sign on it. It’s your hotel it’s located in. Why would I assume it’s idk to see if a dryer works when there is no indication it isn’t working. The risk would be using it with delicates clothes. That I don’t know. I do know i wasted 1800 yen when I could have gone to a laundry and spent 1300 yen and it would wash and dry in 60 mins.
I recommend this hotel only if you see it below 7000 or 6000 yen per night. It’s not worth anything more and there are other options like APA hotel you can get for the same 13000 a night this place charges for terrible service, broken facilities, poor hospitality and the...

Read moreI recently stayed here for 10 days, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The location is convenient for exploring Shinjuku. However, the hotel was not clean. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a persistent smell of smoke throughout my stay. The service was disappointing. They do not offer luggage storage, which was highly inconvenient. I ordered Uber Eats, but the staff did not allow the delivery person to enter the hotel, so I had to go down to get my food. Additionally, the staff did not assist with holding the food for the delivery driver, requiring me to meet the driver personally. Overall, I do not recommend here unless it is absolutely urgent and there are no other rooms available in the area. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unfriendly staff made my stay...
