We arrived in Kuala Lumpur at 4:50am (much earlier than expected) and needed a place to rest before our proper hotel check-in at 3pm. Exhausted, we chose this hotel simply because it was the first one we saw nearby. The room was small but looked clean, which was enough for a few hours of rest. However, if you’re someone who’s particular about accommodations, this might not be your cup of tea. The smell of cigarette is everywhere, starting from the elevator and into the room itself, which made our brief stay quite uncomfortable. The overall vibe felt more like a short-stay place meant for quick stopovers, rather than a proper hotel you’d book for a vacation. The staff was kind. The hotel will also ask for a 50 MYR refundable deposit upon check-in. If you just need a place to crash for a few hours, it works. But for picky travelers, consider looking elsewhere.

One of the best budget inn to stay if you need a stop at kl sentral. Not noisy at night. Always full. So need to book early. Friendly Staff and clean environment. Non smoking room available upon request.

The single room is small but adequate space of one person to stay. The room and the overall environment are clean and tidy. The service are great and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights in KL and weren't looking for luxury. Picked Brickfields as location as close to the main sentral transport hub. The hotel is just a few steps from the escalator which takes you up to the pedestrian walkway, and then into the mall. From here its up another floor and along and down and you are at the platform entrances. So convenient.||Mall has some eateries and takeaway stalls - definitely recommend the prezzo pizza just up escalator from trains. Also a few places which do cheap breakfast deals in clean and pleasant surroundings.||Hotel itself seems newly refurbished. Reception and hallways very clean and fresh. Excellent key card entry. Room was bigger than other 2* hotels we stayed at in Malaysia which was surprising for KL. Large TV, dresser with drawers, luggage table, shelves and hooks. Bathroom had amenities and was compact but modern. All in all an excellent budget choice.||Can get noisy, which is perhaps down to some sound proofing issues. I think management should be asking for quiet after 11pm and enforcing this to ensure guests get...

The receptionist was ‘missing’, the credit card machine was broken. Payment cash was done but the hotel would not want to issue payment receipts when I asked them to do so because the staff that supposedly must be there are not at the reception desk for entire time including...
