Kai Hotel Kuala Lumpur — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

This hotel has ruined the impression of Kuala Lumpur. I booked a room with a window, but they put me in a room without a window and with colored walls. It doesn't match the photos! The furniture is broken, and the entrance card doesn't work. I contacted customer support and they resolved the issue with the hotel. I went to the reception to be moved, they told me OK and gave me the keys. I go into a new room and it's windowless again! I go to the reception again, they give me the keys to another room. This time, the room has a window, but it turns out that the toilet does not work. The next morning, they move me again and there's a broken window in this room. I do not recommend this hotel! The staff does not understand English and is not ready to work for the convenience...

The hotel’s lobby is not convenience, there is no way if you bring big luggage you have to carry it thru the stairs, but there’s lift to the rooms.
