Tried Ah Hui before Covid-19 and we loved it but didn’t take note. But, this time round we're wondering whether this is the same Bak Kut Teh that we had years ago. After seated and looking around the dining area, we recognized the surrounding and confirmed this is indeed the same place. Food we Ordered & Enjoyed ♡ 1  Fried Garlic Tofu ♡ 1  Sweet Sour Fish ♡ 1  Special Bak Kut Teh Claypot 1  Dry Bak Kut Teh ♡ 1  Claypot Tom Yam Seafood ♡ 1  Yam Rice ♡ 1  Salted Fish Beansprout ♡ 1  Chicken Kung Po Can request for BKT Soup Refill ♡

I am a picky eater & budget traveler by express bus from Singapore to Malacca. This is my always go to whenever I visited Malacca for the past 10 years. One of my favourite Herbal Bak Kut Teh in Malaysia. The herbal soup's fragrant & taste just right without an overpowering experience. Best served with yam rice. The taste has been consistence all these years. Tried some others around this area within walking distance, this is still the best.

Been here twice. Revisited because their yam rice left a very memorable impression. Ever since, I always order yam rice when I eat bak kut teh. No yam rice? No bak kut teh. Yam rice bad? Bad bak kut teh. Simple. But as you grew older, you realised you can no longer intake so much carbs during holiday travel....but its not going to stop me. I will be back for their bak kut teh....and yam rice.

Been here twice. Revisited because their yam rice left a very memorable impression. Ever since, I always order yam rice when I eat bak kut teh. No yam rice? No bak kut teh. Yam rice bad? Bad bak kut teh. Simple. But as you grew older, you realised you can no longer intake so much carbs during holiday travel....but its not going to stop me. I will be back for their bak kut teh....and yam rice.

Disappointed with hard boiled long pork rib with salty herbal soup. Sesame chicken without skin tasted hard. Standards had dropped alot. Fried liver asked for small plate but served a large.

Feedback to bespectacled male boss but he not responsive. Very low traffic. Only good part, Nice short haired lady waitress very chatty.

Won't visit again. We spent myr 70 quite a rip off. Gone further down to normal kopi shop and food tasted alot...
