I stayed here with my boyfriend for a short trip in Marrakech. The room was nice and just like in the pictures. We also booked for breakfast and dinner and everything was good and tasty. The dinner was served at another riad around the corner which was bigger and luxurious feeling and you could also use the installations there. The staff was super nice, with honorable mentions to Hassan and Ayoub who were very helpful and friendly, and the dinner server at the other Riad, whose name we do not have. About the neighborhood - please note that the Medina is the historical center, which is were this is located. The streets are tight and generally markets, filled with people and traffic. If this doesn’t sound good to you, there are other areas outside the Medina that also have riads that you will enjoy more. Other than that, it is very safe. We really enjoyed it! PD: there’s a cat that comes to dinner every night. We were told it’s the first time she comes but she’s super friendly and very pregnant. Please take good care of her! We called her Real Madrid because we got told that a lot when people there learnt we were Spanish and found it funny, so there’s that.

Disappointing Stay – Not as Advertised!!!! We booked a 28m² room based on the photos and description provided, but what we received was a much smaller room with a tiny window and a persistent damp smell. It was immediately clear that the accommodation did not match what we were promised. The surrounding area of the riad also felt unsafe, with groups of young men loitering nearby and attempting to scam nearly every tourist stepping out of the building. This made it very uncomfortable to come and go. Overall, this stay was a major letdown. Between the misleading room description, the poor condition of the room, and the concerning environment outside, I would not recommend this riad and will certainly never return. There are much better options available that are honest about what they offer.

Such a lovely space, with simple, cosy rooms and a beautiful rooftop where breakfast is served every morning. The staff were all lovely, and gave us lots of helpful information, arranged our travel to and from the airport. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the main square, and close to a lot of great restaurants too (would recommend Terrasse Bakchich!) we didn’t try the dinner served at the sister riad, or the hammam services, but that was all on offer too! It would have been lovely if the pool was in use, and if you’re a light sleeper you might need ear plugs because of other guests coming in and out and muezzin call nearby- but otherwise a lovely stay.

It was written on booking.com, that I only need to pay once I’m at the riad, but the accomodation actually deducted the full amount one day after the booking was done (about a month before the planned holiday)! I was still in the “free cancellation” period, when I eventually deleted this stay, on 27th April. Since then, I’m still waiting for my refund. I tried to contact them on booking.com many times — NO ANSWER I travelled to Marrakech and went to the riad to ask them about this issue in person — the receptionist seemed to be helpful and got me his number and a mail address, and also claimed that “they are a legal accomodation” so I don’t need to worry I tried to contact with the given mail — first, I received that “don’t worry, they will pay it back asap”, since then — NO REFUND, NO ANSWER

This place is fully INCORRECT and ridiculous. Not recommended if you have a minimal chance that your booking will be deleted, because you won’t see your money...
