Hotel Four Eyes — Hotel in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

One of the worst experiences we've had in Nepal! As we arrived, there was a guy in the reception, we asked if there is hot shower and he said yes. The price of 1 room with 2 beds was 1500 rupees. We agreed, and later we discovered there was no hot water in the shower. Later that day, there was an electricity problem which they could not fix, and we forced to stay the whole evening in the dark. After we went to sleep, there were people in the lobby, making a lot of noise all night long! And the worst part was, in 5 AM, the workers of the guest house decided to put MUSIC in the lobby in FULL VOLUME! This is just ridiculous!!! After that we decided to get out as soon as possible and find another guest house. We asked the receptionist to pay 1000 instead of 1500 because: No hot shower like promised Loud people all night long No electricity Early 5 AM wake up with loud music

And the guy just refused. Don't go there, do not support this kind...

At first I thought I should atleast give a single star, bt then I thought they don't even deserve that. Worst hotel I have been, staff was extremely rude, they were not even ready to give extra blanket even for money. Then comes the staff, I asked these people around 15 times to check water, water in the taps was extremely dirty and was giving foul smell, but rudely he said it will be like this only, next comes phone, room phone was not working and they said it will be like this only. I asked for soap for hand-wash and hand towel, didn't provide dat even. After that one of the staff member, he was not even listening and behaving like as if he is the guest and we people have come there. None of the staff member was cooperative and were busy drinking whole time. If you are thinking to visit this hotel u'll be extremely disappointed, don't even think of...

Had a wonderful stay here. Specially 😍 the chicken sizzler and chicken wings momo. I am also thankful that they provided me with an eco-friendly approach of choosing a metal straw. At least I could have my drink with a clear conscience 😁||||The hotel staff were helpful even provided me with a mobile charger for use in the middle of the night. Also my room had these vibrant posters but with a peaceful ambience and I really had a good night's sleep which I believe is a rare quality in hotels in Thamel. Would definitely...
