Tourist-friendly food in Kathmandu tends to be the same - pizzas, sandwiches and smoothie bowls. Refreshingly different… Kizuna is an actual Japanese kitchen that serves warm set meals: dons, katsu etc. The serving portions are enormous. I got a set meal for 600 NPR and it included miso soup, proper sticky (Calrose) rice, salad and a meat. I highly recommend the ginger fried pork, as a quality stir fry is hard to find in the city.
