The worst experience I ever had in my travels so far in my life. I barely ever leave critical reviews, but had to write this one.

Stayed in room 501

Room - unclean. There were ants on the bed and worst of all cockroaches in the room. Took some time to hunt and kill those.

Noise - at night some people decided to party in the pool, were running up and down stairs and played loud music, it was impossible to sleep with such noise. Imagine coming to this after a long trek and just wanting to rest but not able to do so.

Breakfast - inspite of telling the reception boy that we would need breakfast in 30mins, when went down it took another 40mins for them just to prepare it. Also bad quality papaya was served.

Service - Worst. The night when checked in were told a price of 2500rs including breakfast by the reception boy, even confirmed twice, but at morning it suddenly became 3500 and the reception boy had disaapeared at check out. There can be no hearing mistake between two and three (impossible)

No sense of hospitality whatsoever.

I wonder how they have such rating, probably only locals come here. Its definitely not international standard hotel. Would never...

My recent visit to this place was a complete nightmare! When we arrived, we asked if we could all stay in one room, but we were told it wasn't possible. When we were ready to leave they gave in and allowed us to stay in one room if we are willing to adjust and we took it. The next morning, they came to us rudely and told us that we had to leave because they couldn't let four people stay in one room. And if we wished to continue our stay, we had to pay an extra 3000 rupees to get an additional room. Moreover, the staff's behavior was deplorable, and they were laughing and giggling while we were packing our things to leave. It was utterly disrespectful and unprofessional! There was no one to help with the luggage either. The breakfast was okayish, definitely not worth the price that they charged though. We had also paid for breakfast while booking the room, but they charged us again for it, taking advantage of the situation. Overall, my experience in this place was terrible, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to visit it. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the management was terrible. Stay away...

The staff were friendly, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few things that left me disappointed, especially considering the price I paid.

I had also asked during the booking process whether EV charging was available, and I was told that it was, so I decided to stay there. But there was no mention of any extra cost for it. I assumed it might be at a reasonable rate. I charged my EV twice, first from 39% to 100%, and the second time from 75% to 100%. At checkout, I was charged Rs. 1000 per session, which I found very expensive and unexpected. The total amount for EV charging felt unfair. The room also lacked basic amenities like a TV and a wardrobe or proper storage for clothes, especially considering the price.

While the overall service was fine, I was not satisfied with the way this particular matter was handled by the person who dealt with the EV charging issue, especially by the person who may have been the owner.
