Hospitality and the helpfulness of staff is the worst. A lot of discrepancy in the prices that they ask(2x) and the prices that they record(x) in their books. Room was okay but the amenities that they advertise as available are absent. There was no hot water available(not from any of the taps or faucets). They also took money for breakfast but there was no breakfast at 7:00am(they say breakfast starts at 6:30 and there was apparently no food in the kitchen and all the chefs were absent). When talking to the management, all of the staff make excuses and try to avoid conversations. All that they know is to take money and give the worst possible service in return. Room doors are not safer. Horrible kitchen staff. They say that they provide complementary breakfast. But it is limited to either TWO PIECES OF BREAD & ONE OMLET or ONE STUFFED PARATA. For this also you have to wait for 30 minutes. Their behaviour is also unfriendly. The quality of food they serve is really unsatisfying. We had one dinner on first day there. Even for taking order they made us to wait for 20 minutes and served it after one hour. Taste too was non-satisfactory . When complained to hotel management, it fell on deaf ears. I never want to turn towards it in future. Horrible experience. We 10 family members stayed there from 05/11/19...

Doesn’t even get 1 star, didn’t deserve it. This place is awful. I spent 5 hours here and couldn’t even shower, charge my phone or use the bathroom because the lights don’t work in our room. But the other rooms have electricity…Place is empty. Switched rooms after the bathroom wouldn’t flush or have warm water. My guide got trapped in the elevator and the staff didn’t care. I was worried for him. WiFi doesn’t work in our room- have to keep asking the receptionist to fix stuff and nothing works. Totally disgusted with my first few hours here. Don’t...
