The worst receiptionist ever. I called them two days in advance to let them know that we would be arriving tomorrow or the day after. We booked 3 rooms for 6 people. I called them the next day to let them know that we would be arriving tomorrow and to confirm my booking. I even told them that we should arrive by 8pm as we were coming from our Mustang trip. We reached there after 12+ hours of road trip. We were all very tired and exhausted when we reached the hotel. But as soon as we went to the receiption, the guy there was extremely rude to us for no reason. I told him that I called the hotel twice and he was bold enough to lie on my face saying he received no calls. I showed them my call history and then he went on saying that the hotel only has 2 vacant rooms. When I asked him why he didnt think it was important to inform me about that when I called to confirm my booking, he answered, “ How am I supposed to take out the current guests from their room and give you the room?” All of is have had enough by that point as we were exhausted so we just took the business somewhere else. There is no hot shower , after 3 days i tried morning , night and evening and never had hot shower , i complain to the reception and she didnt care after that i decided to check in on another hotel and i ask for a discount for the service of hot shower who was not provided , the ladie at reception was very rude and did not wanted to give me discount. For that price of the room i can tell there are plenty of choice in pokhara with real hot shower , my advice is pass on to another hotel unless you like cold shower ! I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon entering the room, we discovered several cockroaches — not only in the room itself but also in the hallways. This is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation, regardless of the location.
We were offered other rooms, but unfortunately, they were also in very poor condition. The bed sheets were dirty, the bathrooms were unclean, and the toilets were in an unsanitary state. This level of hygiene is far below even the most basic standards.
