Canta Gallo Guest House Spa — Hotel in Distrito de Cusco

After my hotel reservation was screwed up with Expedia, I was forced to stay here for one night. The price of $50 for the one night was definitely not worth it at all. I walked into the room and it was small and freezing inside! A heather cost an extra 10 soles. Of course, it was pouring outside, so we did not want to walk all the way to the reception desk to get a heater, so therefore, we froze to death all night. My friend woke up in the middle of the night with a panic attack because she felt so enclosed in the room - mainly because the window was so small and she was just completely hating the hotel. The bathroom did not have any towels in it, so we had to use our own. They have a short breakfast time that we ended up missing. The TV was not even facing the bed. There was a hole in the wall near the bed, so you could see the outside. You could hear the rain pouring down on the roof all night. There are definitely way better hotels in Cusco for way better prices, so run far away...

Un grupo de familia nos hospedamos en el lugar durante una semana, la experiencia no es de las ,mejores de nuestra vida aunque el personal es muy amable y la Gerenta Intento arreglar parte de nuestras reclamaciones lo cual es de Agradecer, el hospedaje se encuentra en lo alto de el barrio de San Blas lo cual es maravilloso Si eres un Joven atleta para poder subir los mas de 40 Escalones a 3500 metros de Altitud recuerden y tenganlo en cuenta, una vez alli las habitaciones son sencillas lo cual ya esperábamos dado el rango de precio del hospedaje pero no es tan economico como para no tener Agua corriente durante Varios dias desde las 7 de la tarde Hasta la mañana, ante nuestra queja nos dijeron que trabajaban en ello pedimos que por lo menos debían de avisar y poner una nota en las habitaciones a nuestra llegada pues de lo contrario es muy incomodo utilizar el wc y no poder tirar de la cadena durante toda una noche,las habitaciones no disponen de calefacción !!!! y en cuzco hace frio mucho frio por las noches, nos dieron calefactores los cuales suelen cobrar por noche, ósea que estar caliente tiene un plus ?, en fin que pienso que deberían de cuidar los detalles, ciertamente he de decir que intentaron hacer todo o que estuvo de su mano nos regalaron una noche extra, pero pienso que deben y pueden hacer de este lugar un lugar confortable, pues Cuzco lo merece por el mismo rango de precio Cuzco dispone de infinidad de sitios mejores, el desayuno es basico muy basico pero lo que te dan es bueno, pan, un poco mantequilla, un zumo de naranja un huevo y cafe o mate de coca, cuando digo un...

Toilet issues smelt like sewerage in our room, gagging taking a shower. Manager refusing price reduction, disgraceful we had to pay anything, hardly slept through the night due to the windows being open to lessen the smell of human feeces. Wasting our last day in Cusco finding a new place and moving. ||||Breakfast was awful had to cook our own eggs, limited coffee supply, refused to provide when asked for more. ||||Terrible wifi ||||No view of the city as stated...
