Boracay Haven Suites thank you for letting me experience your outstanding hospitality even just for 2 days in Boracay. Upon check-in i was greeted by hotel staff with a small non-alcoholic bavarage for taking this long trip to the island. This was a very noteworthy, generous and customer focused gesture that made me feel already relaxed before even getting to my room. Access to the beachfront and the shops/ Restaurants was very quick and easy to remember. Hotel staff kindly suggested me upon check-in to use the phone flash lights in order to prevent any falls or trips especially during late night hours. A big plus that Boracay Haven Suites ensures the safety and wellbeing of it's Hotel occupants during their stay on a very professional level. Staff were responsive and professional with their amazingly friendly ,caring, effortless customer service experience and i look forward to choose you again in future as i was very satisfied to stay with you again. The breakfast in the morning had a wide and delicious varity to choose from. Any special requests made on the breakfast was well received by me with a friendly smile from staff. Big shoutout to Ate Luna for checking with kitchen staff to add certain ingredients to my omlette in the morning!. Reception was very responsive and friendly taking my room call as i had some issues with the TV remote. Overall i give your rating a 5/5. See you again in the future!. Salamat Po.❤️🫰❤️🫰

The hotel is not at the beach. It is between the beach and the island’s downtown area. It is a five minute walk to the beach and Boracay’s shopping plaza, D’mall. Their price is less than half of what those beachfront hotels charge. The hotel is very clean, and well maintained with a very courteous and helpful staff. It comes with free breakfast and you get to choose what what you want to eat, Filipino, american or continental that comes with coffee and juice. The rooms have a large veranda with a table and two chairs and a clothes rack where you can hang clothes to dry. They have a large pool but I didn’t see anyone use it. I guess they rather be at the beach. This place is under-rated. Why would you pay a lot of money for a hotel you only need to sleep in for the night? I had a wonderful night’s rest here.

Haven Suites best asset is the staff. Even the interns are so helpful - I hope they’ll get a pay raise! The staff are so happy, they’d sing along to music and greet you by your name - really set the mood happy. They are also hell-bent to accommodate your needs. Location is also great. It’s pretty near to both of the beaches from either part of the island. D’Mall is next door. Hot water and water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was consistent. Wi-Fi is hit and miss. Tip: a motorcycle from (or to) the jetty shouldn’t cost you more than 150 pesos. One thing I wish to improve from this hotel is to have the AC properly maintained. The AC in my room is (very) loud most of the times I prefer to turn it off instead.

Not located on the beach. However, it is right in the heart of the action. You have restaurants and shopping on your doorstep. The beach is around a 7-minute walk and D'Mall a 3-minute walk where you can find an array of souvenir shops, dining options, entertainment and more. Rooms were big and spacious. Very clean. Housekeeping was done well each day. Some complimentary toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning and other basic amenities were included in the room. There is a fridge and mini bar in the room with drinks if you wish to purchase any items. The hotel will then charge you accordingly when you leave. Good security at the hotel, and a lock on the room door if you are a solo traveller like me. WIFI worked reasonably well. Staff were friendly and pleasant. My breakfast was included but I couldn't be bothered to get up so early on a beach holiday! There are loads of places around to grab a late breakfast if your like me. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly. Really helpful. My small negative was all the hotel policies. If you stain the linen, you will be charged and all that. We are adults and we know these things. You have to leave a PHP 2,500 cash deposit upon arrival that will be given back to you provided you have left the room in order and not damaged or taken anything! I get it, but it was just a bit excessive. Most hotels are trying to streamline the checking in process, but here it just went on forever! They need to remember that Boracay is not an easy island to reach. I was desperate for a shower and a bite to eat, yet I had to stand there for what seemed like ages to get my room. The welcome drink however was nice and refreshing. Would...

I booked into the Boracay Haven Suites for a three week stay to escape the hustle and bustle of city living in Manila. I was hoping for a nice quiet, peaceful atmosphere, but what I experienced was the exact opposite. The room I booked was a premium room with a pool view. The room however was situated directly opposite a night club that played very loud music and Karaoke late into the night. After a week of interrupted sleep I asked if I could be given a room at the other end of the complex further away from the disturbance. I was told that that was not possible as I had booked a premium room and that I could not be downgraded. I explained that I didn't mind the downgrade, however I was told it was not an option. The food served at breakfast was always cold and very uninviting. Also, every morning I was awoken with the sound of a crowing rooster that started at about five o'clock and persistent until midday. The cleaning staff were also a disturbance as they continually chatted to each other in loud voices as they went about cleaning rooms. I eventually decided to book another hotel further down the beach for the remainder of my stay at a cost of twenty two thousand pesos, which I have to say was worth every single peso.

If you are looking for a nice quiet, pleasant and tranquil place to stay, Boracay Haven Suites is not the...
