Heartland Hotel Serviced Rooms & Apartments — Hotel in Panglao

(+)||1. They were accommodating when I requested to resched my check-in date earlier despite agoda's strict no cancellation/modification rule for this particular booking||||2. The place is new and bright. everything is simple yet ultra clean||||3. Some staff are courteous.||||*-)||1. Faulty toilet. - we called for maintenance twice to fix the defective flush. I asked for a new room...instead I was just advised to do their workaround, which to open the tank and adjust thing that fills it up. . ||||2. The drainage in the sink and shower area were both semi-clogged. it took a couple of minutes before the water was totally drained||||3. they advertise it to be just 5-8 mins walk to the beach, when it fact it's around 15 mins on a normal pace walking||||4. No complimentary breakfast. All serviced rooms and apartments that I know offer free breakfast||||5. No airport transfer||||6. I am so infuriated by this even as I'm typing right now. I had been waiting for my hotel pick-up service c/o Bellevue Resort. When I called Bellevue's concierge, I was advised that the driver had already been waiting in the reception of Heartland for 45 mins!!! No one from the staff called me or knocked on my door to tell me that someone came to pick me up.||||The Bellevue driver said he had been waiting for almost an hour. He gave my name to the receptionist that he was coming to pick me up. He thought I was just taking too long to prepare...APPARENTLY THE RECEPTIONIST DID NOT DO ANYTHING TO...

The hotel doesn't offer food and most restaurants are located at the main road so we have to walk to get there to buy dinner. Main road is a bit far and to get to the main road or to have access to public transport you have to walk in a narrow road where locals live and that road is a little dark at night with lots of men bystanders. I think this hotel is new because its not that known to drivers Rooms are clean and spacious. They provide complimentary soap shampoo & conditioner BUT NO TOOTHBRUSH most of hotels I've been provide toothbrush though..wifi is fast. The pool seems small but it was nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They also help us when our contact van for our Day2 tour was a no show they provide us with a very nice tour driver Kuya Fred (09168891606 09475786637)||||Yes you can walk going to Alona beach but its not near.. if you have kids or like us we have an infant it is not advisable to walk to there.. so we opted to ride a tricycle that costs 150pesos for such short distance. Locals told us that they transport using habal habal (single motorcycle) that costs 30pesos||||Overall it was a nice stay in this hotel.. but there's a lot...

Короткая дорога на пляж не доступна, поскольку там тупик! Надо подниматься наверх и идти через Макдональдс. Не велико расстояние, но к сведению. Дорога от трассы насыпная, после дождя идёшь по щиколотку не пойми в чем и после 6 вечера тут темно. Туристы подсвечивают дорогу себе или фанатиками или телефонами. Освещения нет. Отель вродеб и с забором и камеры с мониторами, но открыто все настежь и ни кто не проверит свой-чужой. Рядом частные дома. Козы-куры. Рядом стройка. И она только начинается. За отелем поставлен трансформатор большой и гул не прекращается. С одной стороны здания есть пальма и при ветре или по тому что созрели - падают на крышу маленькие плоды. Крыша железная. Да плод маленький, но грохот такой, что ночью не уснуть. Про бассейн. Хорошие фото. Вы в Гугле видели этот бассейн на снимке со спутника? Удачный снимок и сотрудник-подросток, вот и кажется большим, но если наши стандартные ванны, штук шесть, сложить тетрисом, то не больше получится. Не обольщайтесь. Комната большая. Душевая комната отделена от санузла перегородкой. Вода горячая есть и напор воды хороший. Сантехника исправна. Полотенец всего два и темнобордовые, так что по степени чистоты...а кто его знает. На ресепшен продают воду 4 литра за 80 и 6,6 литров за 120 песо. В магазине ближе к Макдональдсу эти 6.6 литров стоят 80 песо, но чем тащить их по жаре километр....лучше тут. Холодильник есть, но электричество есть при ключе в ячейке. Звукоизоляции нет совсем. Полностью. Утром с 8 утра персонал перекрикивается между собой из разных корпусов...ну вот такой вариант коммуникации. Розетки обычные. Переходник не потребовался. В выборе отеля ошиблась. Желания вернуться нет. Рекомендовать...
