Stayed for 2 nights in January 2025.
Would just like to strongly point out that access to the rooms is not very accessible. There is no elevator, and the apartment are as far as 5 levels up. Works fine for a young, able-bodied travel company without heavy bags, but definitely not for baby wagons or wheelchairs.
The apartments themselves were very nice aside from the bathrooms which had wooden flooring; very odd and stressful to keep dry (especially since you don't get new towels/shower mat until 3 days). Positives: Clean, soft beds, comfortable living room, good AC, basic kitchen with dish washing machine. There was some noise from the street because of the trams going by, but I thought it was fine and I'm a very light sleeper. The area is very attractive for tourists with both subway and bus stations nearby. Multiple monuments are within walking distance.
There is no lobby to speak off (unless the restaurant next-door was supposed to be the lobby? Unclear.), so contacting the hotel felt quite confusing. Our electrical lock stopped working on the second morning and we were lucky that there was a cleaner in the next-door apartment (we were asking him for more toilet paper since we had ran out) who immediately called management. They fixed it while we were out, but we received no word of WHEN it was fixed, so we just had to trust that it was when we returned that evening.
I would consider returning as long as I'm traveling with young people who will...
Read moreWe had a horrible stay! We booked the duplex apartment and it was on the 5th floor with no elevators; which it did not note at the time of booking. Our unit didn’t even have the dining area in a separate room as per the photos, so the living room area was way smaller. There was a huge crack where the stairs were and everytime we used the stairs, it would make noise and shake. Both bathrooms had mold and water did not drain at all. We were showering in puddles- disgusting! The upstairs bathroom was horrible- water must have leaked outside and there was mold on the floor as per photos shown. Wifi never worked and management was horrible- impossible to get a hold of as the reception is part of a restaurant and it closes at 4. They also don’t give you new sets of towels until 3 days. We stayed 3 nights 4 days and our 4th day considered as day 3, so we had to argue our way into getting more towels and toilet paper. Drying the towels in the rooms day after day made our room humid and smell. Definitely not baby friendly due to noise and the number of stairs. We came with our parents and our baby and could not wait to leave. Location was the only good thing.
Responding to the hotel’s comments - the mold was not our responsibility, neither was the incorrect layout and the...
Read moreRecently stayed with a group of six people. The communication with the property from the time of booking up until arriving for our holiday was shocking. We received no instructions prior to arriving so we had to message the property ourselves and ask. The apartment itself seemed okay at first, quite a large space. But upon closer inspection the bathroom had mould, there were cracks in places and it was quite a noisy location. The finer details such as more toilet paper, storage for clothes and hooks for towels etc would’ve been appreciated. Additionally , I think the hot water came from a tank as a few of us had to get cold showers so this is just something to bear in mind as a large group. Overall the location was perfect and the price wasn’t too bad for...
