DINE + DRINK:The Lobby level restaurant offers an excellent spread of local, regional and international dishes that is absolutely worth waking up for! The terrace bar attached to the hotel is the perfect place to catch the best sunset with your favourite drink. Do not miss it!

ROOM: We stayed in Room 424, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Million dollar views of the shimmering lake from the huge Balcony of our room ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Excellent spa quality cosmetics

FACILITIES: Compact but good Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines. But the best part is the cool views you get from the gym while you work out. One of a kind!

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to AMEL who provided a wonderful welcome experience, MILE at the restaurant who took care of all our special needs, and SARA at the bar for attending to us flawlessly! But the biggest compliments go to Ms. VASKELJ MOJCA who helped us all way from the time of reservation to arrival and ensured we had an enhanced experience to celebrate a very special occasion for which we had chosen the hotel for!

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages. This was something that we never expected as most hotels in this part of the continent dont even have anything apart from the local languages -let alone this hotel making the big effort to subscribe to so many channels! Wonderfully done, and shows their class and care for guests from all around the world!

COVID UPDATE: THe property has done an excellent job of ensuring safety, social distancing and hygiene to minimise the risk as much as possible. Especially the Common areas and Restaurant had a good implementation of the...

Just had a week at this hotel To sumarise, great Location of the Lake

But ... Despite asking a year ahead with travel agent for a lake side room, we didnt get this, we got a tree view room with a spec of the lake if you looked very close . It was not set up as twin, again requested, so we had to rearrange the room. Rooms very bland and basic. Take extra coat hangers as you get 5 ?

The cleaning was poor, dirty coffee cups on arrival and on two occassions our cups were not clean - left unwashed/ replaced not refilling the tea/ coffee sachets, dirty cleaning towel left behind by cleaner on a shelf . Patio area not even looked at, stains on table and debri on floor (not from us) Beds not made properly.

Hotel cold even though end September/ October, no heat on at all so you cant even adjust tempreture in your room and quilts are paper thin. restaurant cold in mornings. It appears they dont turn on heating until they consider it AUTUMN/ WINTER saw guests asking for heaters? This is 4 star hotel ?

Staff in restaurant do not engage or smile with guests, almost as robotic as the robot cat waiter they have ?

Wine fountain, well at nearly 4 euros for 0.1 measure, it was expensive, not enjoyable at all. so did not enjoy a drink with evening meal and their bottled water is 4 euro and they will not allow just a jug of tap water at the table.

Food was good at breakfast but the evening meal was limited and repetative. The serve from 7-10pm yet when food runs out especially deserts, they do no replace. So most people were getting their deserts at same time as their started or main meal .

Can be very noisy from the bar / shops below, especially on a Saturday night, very little sleep and i imagine summer would be a lot worse

During my stay at this hotel, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned. Additionally, the toiletries were not replenished even after the room was serviced, and I had to specifically request toilet paper. The breakfast experience was also subpar. Some of the waiters were impolite, and they failed to refill items within the designated breakfast hours. This lack of attention to detail was frustrating. I was also taken aback by the hotel's policy of charging an extra fee (5 EUR) for room service, such as requesting ice. It was inconvenient to have to fetch it myself from the lobby. Furthermore, I found it puzzling that there was no dustbin in the room, except for a small one in the bathroom. This doesn't align with the hotel's supposed green initiative. To my surprise, the hotel also charged for car parking and sauna usage. Considering the already high price of the stay, these amenities should have been complementary. Overall, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness, service, and extra charges on the name of green Initiate at this hotel. It fell short of my expectations, especially given the price I paid for my stay.

The signal strength was consistently strong, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I could even access the Wi-Fi while on the lake.
