central beauty scenery apartment — Hotel in Interlaken

If there was a way to give 0 star, i would have given that. Booking.com shows this as good apartment with 7.3 rating out of 10, but don’t get fooled. I paid $353/ night for this apartment and was expecting it to be decent. It was pathetic. Full of dust. Curtains are fully cladded with dust. Very dirty place. If you are planning to stay with kids, avoid at all cost. Location is good but every apartment in Interlaken has good location. Unwashed bedsheets, floor covered with dust, broken cabinets, the whole apartment shakes if the person on the top floor walks, Empty bottles of shampoo, body wash , handwash,...

Very bad stuff and they are not helpful and there's no cooperation with guest and they refuse to give me another copy of keys , it's very bad thing because we are 4 persons. And they refuse to help 2 Oldman to carry their luggages to the apartment in 4th floor . also they took 30 euro extra for nothing. It's the worst experience with...
