I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and disgust with the abysmal experience I had at your establishment, Hotel Rose Bouquet. My stay, which was meant to be a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, quickly turned into a nightmare due to several alarming incidents that transpired during my visit. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was appalled to discover that the bed in my assigned room was infested with bugs. It was an extremely unsanitary and distressing situation, as this kind of uncleanliness poses a severe health risk to guests. Fearing for my wellbeing, I promptly approached the reception to report the issue. To my utter disbelief, I found the night receptionist, Imesh, sleeping at the desk. His negligence and lack of professionalism were beyond comprehension. When I woke him up and informed him about the bed bug infestation, his response was shockingly nonchalant. He merely sprayed some Windex as a temporary solution and acted as if the problem had been resolved. Furthermore, he callously suggested that I sleep in the lobby since there were allegedly no other available options. Also, room service is NOT a thing in this hotel. For our whole stay (8 days) there was none, no new towels, bedding or anything else. The appalling behavior and incompetence displayed by Imesh were inexcusable. It was only due to the intervention of a helpful staff member of Pakistani descent that my issues were eventually addressed. Had it not been for this individual, I would have undoubtedly sought accommodation elsewhere. Imesh's presence as the night receptionist is a grave concern, and his unprofessional conduct raises serious doubts about the overall integrity of your hotel. Regrettably, the problems did not end there. During my stay, I had a guest wanting to visit me briefly in my room. Shockingly, Imesh took it upon himself to object to this entirely innocent and permissible interaction, even going so far as to to calling the police for no valid reason whatsoever. His irrational behavior and unwarranted response left me feeling harassed and unwelcome in the very hotel I had paid to stay in. The series of distressing events I encountered during my stay at Hotel Rose Bouquet have left an indelible negative impression on me. Your hotel, despite its seemingly attractive pricing, has failed in its duty to provide a clean and comfortable environment for its guests. Furthermore, the unprofessional conduct of Imesh and the lack of proper management in addressing these issues have further exacerbated the problem. I firmly believe that such unhygienic conditions, coupled with the unprofessional and inappropriate behavior of your staff, should not be tolerated. I am appalled by the level of service I received and the detrimental effect it had on what was supposed to be an enjoyable vacation. As a result, I will not only refrain from recommending Hotel Rose Bouquet to others, but I will also actively discourage anyone from booking a stay at your establishment. In light of this distressing experience, I kindly request a prompt and satisfactory resolution to the numerous issues I have outlined. Additionally, I strongly advise you to reevaluate your staff selection and implement rigorous hygiene protocols to ensure that no future guests endure the horrors I encountered during my stay. Failure to take appropriate action will only further damage the reputation of Hotel Rose Bouquet. If you are genuinely committed to providing a quality guest experience, I suggest you take immediate and decisive measures to rectify these matters.

My friend and I had a great 2-night stay at Hotel Rose Bouquets. I had read many reviews before booking—some were very good, while others were quite bad—but we decided to give it a try anyway. I'm glad we did because the hotel turned out to be the perfect fit for us. We were grateful for the room upgrade at check-in. The room was spacious, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the entire place was very clean and well-organized. The bathroom was big, and housekeeping exceeded my expectations—trash was taken out, beds were refreshed, and everything was spotless. That said, here are a few details that might help future guests: • Noise Levels: Our room was on the ground level next to the street, so we did experience some noise. Guests who are sensitive to sound may want to request a room away from the street side. • Wi-Fi: The hotel has multiple Wi-Fi networks, and the staff informed us at check-in that we could switch connections if needed. We rarely had any issues with slow internet. • Heating & Cooling: Since we visited in the snowy winter, the heaters worked well and kept our room warm. If it ever felt too hot, I simply opened the window a bit. • Breakfast: Our package didn’t include breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. • Bathroom: The toilet worked well, the shower was functional, and the water pressure was decent. The shower temperature could have been more consistent, but it was fine overall. The hotel isn’t trying to be a 5-star luxury property, but what it does, it does well! It’s best suited for budget-conscious travelers, including families. While it doesn’t have a lot of extra amenities, it has everything you need and is well managed. We were very pleased with our stay and felt it was a great value. (And thank you to Mr. Ali for the great recommendations and kind service—we appreciated your advice and suggestions!). We recommend giving the hotel a try—we're glad we did!

This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. As you can see from the pictures I have posted that they do not clean anything. We came late at night and had to order extra towels and sheets to keep ourselves away from the dirt. The room hadn't been cleaned and stunk of heavy smoke, there was some bug on the floor and the stains on the mattresses were vile. I highly regret staying here, unfortunately I booked it before reading any reviews. The concierge was very friendly but it is evident that noone cleans anything here properly, even on the days we stayed noone cleaned the room or changed the towels. I felt more dirty after taking a shower then before I went in. The towels were really cheap and flake off when you use them, the shower is slightly blocked, the toilet was disgusting, the toilet brush was beyond disgusting, the strange slippers that were provided are paper thin, the stairs leading up to the first floor are dangerous and have no bannister to hold on to, this place shouldn't even be open, I don't know how it has 3 stars. To the owner, if you are reading this, you need to invest money into this place, into cleaners, into fixing everything that is wrong with it, you need to replace the mattresses, the bed bases, bleach everywhere and clean everything properly. There is no reason for your hotel to be this disgusting. It's not hard to see what needs to be fixed. The hygiene level of this place is nonexistent. Please avoid.
