We spent four nights at Hyde Park Radnor and had an outstanding experience. The hotel was ready for us upon arrival with quick easy checkin and had a great room that had space between the beds! The housekeeping was very good and the breakfast was delicious. We had full English Breakfast the first day but then settled into a mix from there... toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, tea... etc. They had cereal, cold cuts, yogurt, a great coffee machine and a comfy space to eat. The hotel has an elevator /lift, which made it easy to get our luggage to the room and helpful to those who aren't stair climbers. The front desk was extra helpful pointing out areas to see and even printed our ticket to Buckingham Palace. You can see Paddington Station at the end of the street, which is close enough yo be very convinent and far enough away not to hear. It's just a couple of vlocks from Kenningston / Hyde Park and we enjoyed walking there several mornings. You can easily access the tube, but we also walked from there to Kenninston, Buckingham, and Westminster. We had a comfy stay and would recommend staying at the Hyde Park Radnor.

Very nice employees but they have bed bugs and seem to lie about fixing it. Beware. We had a great stay and the location was awesome but we found bedbugs walking on the wall one morning. Took a picture (because we know what they look like) and showed it to the person at the desk. Normally you think they’d take money off the stay or something but he said he didn’t think they had bed bugs but he’d do something about it based on what his manager said. We were leaving the next day so we just said whatever as long as you have it sprayed. We left for the ENTIRE day to give them time. When we came back I asked if they’d sprayed it and he said they soaped down the walls to avoid a smell. We went to the room and the blood was still on the wall from us killing one meaning that he lied. It’s in a great location but I will never stay again due to how unprofessional that was. Not to mention we will probably have to get rid of our clothes before we get back home.

On arrival made to wait outside for 15 minutes in spitting rain, presumably because staff couldn't be bothered to answer the door bell. Was only let in when another member of staff arrived and needed to be let in. Reception staff incredibly rude for absolutely no reason and should not work in a customer facing roll. Room had an overbearing smell of febreeze and there's cigarettes outside the window, chunk taken out of the door, mold in the bathroom and springs sticking out of the bed. Breakfast consist of the most pathetic sausage you have ever seen, it looks borderline geriatric it's that shriveled up, and a singular egg, a singular hash brown and a table spoon of beans. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in around the country travelling for work, this is by far the worst one. They take zero pride in what they do. You might as well stay in a hostel dorm, because an uncomfortable bed is all you get. Stay well clear.

We spent three nights in London after a cruise that docked in Southampton. We didn't need anything fancy or expensive, just basic accommodations for three adults. The Hyde Park Radnor certainly met our needs. It was a bit "pricey" by our standards, but not for a Central London hotel. Ended up being $275/night including all fees, taxes, etc. This was a fair price, especially with a breakfast included. Also nice that we were able to cancel, if needed, up until 48 hours before check-in.||The proximity to Paddington station was great. A five minute walk. Straight shot down the street. Easy, even dragging large suitcases packed full from an 8 day cruise. Paddington was very convenient for all our travels. Direct on the Bakerloo line from Waterloo when we arrived by train from Southampton. Circle line got us where we needed to go several times. Finally, Elizabeth line to Heathrow when we were ready to go home. ||We were in room 001, first floor in the front of the hotel. This was a bit concerning as I thought the street noise would be disturbing. It wasn't. We opened the windows during the day and heard some noise. But closed them at night and heard nothing. Outside temperatures were in the 50's and 60's so closed windows were not a problem. We were told this is the largest room in the hotel. It had four twin beds nicely spaced in a large room. Plenty of space. Bathroom was nothing special but certainly adequate. As usual in Europe, shower.... no tub.||Breakfast exceeded our expectations! Typical pastries, juices and cereals. But also scrambled eggs, English ham and beans. (Sorry, passed on the beans.) Expresso machine was wonderful. Two cappuccinos to begin the day! Fresh fruits (bananas, apples, oranges). Even a jar of locally made orange marmalade! This probably would have been a $25 breakfast for each of us. Included in the price of the room. Great start to the day.||Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. ||Would definitely stay here on our next trip...

It's a really basic hotel, although the price is fairly good, the rooms are nothing to write home about. They are fairly small with little space for your things. The windows also leaked cold air into the room, but that wasn't a big problem as a couple electric heaters were provided, so it wasn't very cold. The bathroom was also pretty bad, cramped and without nearly any space to put your cosmetics. We also had some problems with the water temperature, which made it nearly impossible to shower.

The breakfast was mundane, the already small food selection never changed during our 5 day stay. Just baked beans, scrambled eggs, some meat, bread, croissants, musli and that's pretty much it.

The location however is surprisingly good, located between Hyde park and the Paddington station, it's not quite in the city center but close enough and with good trains and bus services nearby. You can get anywhere from here with ease. It's also a quiet neighborhood, and the neighboring Hyde park is a nice place for a walk.

The staff were friendly and helpful, they even showed us a good breakfast restaurant nearby.

Overall It was a manageable stay but I wouldn't stay there any longer than the...

Hotel was clean, description on Google fits well. Simple rooms. Tv has hdmi hook up on the side. Several outlets in the room. Shower was hot, a bit too hot. The hot breakfast was okay, has coffee machine that makes several options and continental options like cereal, juice, biscotti, lunch meats and cheeses. Room had kettle with instant coffee and tea bags. Two windows in our room that opened to a nice breeze, facing London St. Unsure how it would be in warmer weather. (12-14c today) Some moderate outside noise till 11/12, but quieted down and wasn’t disturbing. Stayed on floor 2.

It’s a short walk from Paddington (5-7 mins, depending on exit), there two small shops on the way and several restaurants. Fish and chip shop halfway to Paddington and Mimos, which has a wide selection. A few other places as well. A 3-4 tourist shops as well.

Internet is not super fast, but moderate enough to stream some video with minimal loading. Tv was a smart tv. Bathroom fairly small, one person at most, shower is a bit awkward getting in with water running due to door. Has elevator/lift that fits about 2 people with baggage or 3 people...
