Firstly we checked into a room full of drugs, one of the remotes was lathered in something nasty and a bathroom cupboard was filled with crumbs of some sort. The refrigerator was open when we came in and was filled with water dripping from the freezer. We brought it up to the front desk and they did not care. The whole hallway also smelled like dog poop and we consistently found some in both the hallways and elevator. Next during our second week we were scheduled to have room service clean as they said it was mandatory every other week so we cleared out schedule to be present and they never came. We asked the front desk about it and were told housekeeping would be up shortly. They still never came. And then the next morning someone opened our door and tried to unhook the lock waking us up. We reported it to the front desk to which they replied they’d check the cameras. There are no cameras on the 3rd floor and they never got back to us. A couple days later we went to pay for the second 2 weeks of our stay only to find out the person who checked us in originally only charged us for one week but told us it was for the 2 weeks and was fired/quit shortly after so we had to go back and forth with district management to waive the late fees and now had to pay over double what we thought our room cost. This was the only hotel with the room size we needed available and was why we just kept dealing with it. Then finally we went to pay for our next two weeks and they had booked our room to someone else knowing we were long term and without even notifying us, causing us to have to find storage for our belongings and having to move into a smaller room at a new hotel in one night. They pool is also out of service and was for our entire stay. Other residents stated they had been told it would be up soon only for it to still never be opened. And the WiFi isn’t even strong enough to run a YouTube video and could barely open the web browser. And they have the option to be charged for “premium” WiFi which we opted for and it is a scam. We were charged $40 and the speeds did not increase in the slightest. The website advertised dishes and breakfast to which there was neither, they gave us queen sheets for a king sized bed, and they cut the room key before checkout time. EDITED TO ADD in response to the “owners reply” my review stated multiple times that we went to the front desk and they were not helpful in the slightest. And straight up lied to us

BED BUGS and intimidating, AGGRESSIVE STAFF!! I checked in there on 4/29/22, paid for a 1 week stay. I woke up with a horrible rash after the first night. Rash was worse and my dogs were absolutely REFUSING to be on the bed after the second night. As I was literally walking out the door to go to an urgent care for my rash I checked the bed and was HORRIFIED to find bed bugs, more BED BUGS, and a TORN MATTRESS COVER!! I informed Priceline that I was no longer comfortable staying there and was leaving. The rep from Priceline called the front desk to notify them. I was taking pictures of the bugs and mattress when someone started beating on my door, it was a housekeeper. Uninvited, she came in my room, began tearing the sheets up off the bed and telling me it was HER that cleaned the room and there were no bed bugs. If bed bugs were present then I BROUGHT THEM IN OR MY DOGS DID!!! I tried showing her the pictures of the bugs and she realized I had taken a bunch and told me I had to leave. Right then and there. Another housekeeping woman showed up and the two of them stood, holding the door open, watching me pack and talking loudly to each other saying what a pos I was, telling me to hurry the hell up. They both followed me closely as I hauled 2 suitcases a trunk and 2 dogs ALL AT ONCE because they told me I had to, down to the car. Made it clear to everyone around that I was being “bounced” from “their” hotel. SHAME ON YOU, someone brings a health issue to your attention and THIS IS HOW YOU RESPOND?!? Oh and I was only able to get 2 of the 5 days I didn’t stay there refunded, and this was AFTER housekeeping told me I would never see a dime from them and Priceline had to call and negotiate a refund.

KaZimi at the front desk was wonderful! Very attentive, always making sure everything was taken care of. Excellent customer service of everyone I interacted with. I stayed here Oct 19-22, 2024. I felt safe in this area. They let me know that I was responsible for taking my trash out, and advised where the dumpster was located. If I was coming back to this area, I WOULD stay here again. Cons: bed size was a little narrow from what I was expecting but since it was just me, it was not an issue; no hair dryer; no silverware/dishes/pots/etc. The doors on the outside of the hotel are exit only, so occasionally I would hear an alarm going off, which I am assuming was from people trying to enter the hotel doors on the outside. To enter the hotel, I believe you use the front doors only. However, the alarms did not go off for too long of a time -- I believe the hotel staff tried to respond in a timely fashion to check on it and turn it off, so that was good! ; Pros: Customer service and responsive staff; clean and spacious room; the room was very comfortable; kitchen (microwave, fridge, cabinets, sink, I didn't use the oven or burners); ironing board and iron (I didn't use); hot water temp; large space to hang clothes; I LOVED the material used for the structure of the bathroom tub/shower and bathroom sink basin -- very sturdy material!

I was very unsatisfied.. my fiancé and I booked WEEKS ahead and also paid WEEKS ahead when we booked and when we arrived to check in coming from the airport on the 13th our room we booked was given away, it took them a while to find us one, the one they found us had no shower curtain, no pots and pans, no toaster, no coffee maker, NOTHING. Plus the stove was broken. That night we dropped our stuff off told the lady at the front and she said “I’ll have it ready for you when you get back I’m here until 11” we said okay and went to Walmart, we got back to the hote at 9:30-10 and STILL had nothing, the lady was already gone. The next afternoon we told ANOTHER lady, she was surprised we didn’t have a shower curtain at the least, we went to eat, came back and thankfully she DID do what she said and put the items in the room.. when we got back to the hotel on the 15th there were 3 cop cars.. we parked and walked up and the lady said “they tried coming in with a master key I called the cops” how the hell did they get the master key?? How secure does that make one feel? From then on we did not feel like our belongings were safe, we started taking all our important things out of the hotel every time we left.. the next morning we went to leave and there was a man sleeping on the couch in the lobby.. we thought that was odd due to the First Lady at check in bragging about how secure she keeps the hotel and how they don’t allow “druggies” as she put it and that she’s a bounty hunter and she scares them away etc.. welllll, the same night there was a male employee smoking at the doors and a guest smoking out of his room window.. once again she told us there’s no toleration for smoking anywhere besides around the corner.. yet THE EMPOLYEES are smoking at the entrance.. anyway, to each their own but I will never be staying here again. I was so tempted to say I just wanted a refund as soon as she said our room wasn’t available, but coming from a long day and the airport we just wanted to sleep and thought it’d just get better. ALSO, THEY WILL NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM (we only asked them to change the sheets and they never did, we washed the dishes and cleaned...

The Extended Stay in Denver Tech Center area was just kind of meh. The only time we interacted with the front desk staff was when we first checked in, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They got us checked in quickly and took the time to share some information about the nearby area and places that we might want to eat at. We also were given a corner suite which was quite nice to have the larger amount of space. This is the extent of the compliments that I can give. Our room felt outdated and old, the couch was so uncomfortable it was hard to sit there very long and you could definitely feel the springs in the couch. The bathroom had an unfortunate burn mark on the floor that every time I went in, I thought it was a bug. The sink drains in both the kitchen and bathroom were very slow. The hallways and elevator had crumbs and trash that were there our entire 3 night stay. It made me wonder if the public areas aren't being cleaned daily how well are the rooms being cleaned between guests. The thing that potentially annoyed me the most about the stay though is the kitchen. It was completely barren. No plates, bowls, cups, or cutlery. And absolutely no tools to cook with including pots, pans, baking sheets, spatulas, etc. All of this was an extra charge to get and if you needed both sets I think it was around an extra $75. I just don't quite understand why someone would stay in a place that has a kitchen and not even have the basics of plates, cups, and utensils? There also aren't any mugs and no coffee maker. I only looked for the "breakfast" on the morning we were leaving and I did not see it anywhere at 7am. All that being said, it was a reasonably cheap location to be staying and we did get stuck in our hotel room one day due to a winter storm so I am glad we had the larger amount of space. I just think there was some misinformation shared about what to expect from...
