Restaurant was pretty empty at lunch. Not a lot of food traffic which was a sign. I was not a fan of the food here. The green Chile is much different than all other places and had gelatinous texture and the flavor wasn’t special. The rice has a very strong smell to it that I didn’t like, couldn’t figure out the seasoning. I had the shredded beef burrito/taco combo, green Chile cheese fries, and coke for a $29 which I didn’t get my moneys worth. The shredded beef didn’t have flavor. The fries were soft and undercooked. The salsa was good, but the chips were stale. The other Mexican restaurants nearby provide better value and flavor. For $29 bucks, the food should a lot better

Kind of a hole in the wall, small place made more for local takeout than dine in. All my pictures were deleted, and I put lots of work into them. One had almost 2000 views in 1 day on one photo. Did not put a dent in my 540M views, though, just angry I wasted time going here. 1 star review of other people do have merit since tortillas are store bought and food is bland. The only good thing is the extra hot salsa. That part was amazing and why this is not a 1-star restaurant. Also, the prices are low, but you get what you pay for.

This is a real gem: fast, cheap, and most importantly, absolutely delicious. Breakfast ends at 11, so make sure to get there on time to get an amazing breakfast burrito, or perhaps breakfast tacos. With the tacos, you can mix and match the meats but maybe you should just get bacon. Their bacon is some of the best I've had not cooked at home, and it was inside something else. Diners should aspire to the perfect combination of crisp and chewy their bacon is made to. Long story short: go here, your stomach will thank you.

I have needed to write this for some time. I have not been back since my last experience at this restaurant. Let me say I think the guy I initially dealt with was always great. The food is decent, although way over-priced. I was a regular everyday customer because when I started going there it was a good deal. $4 for a decent smothered bean burrito. Then they decided to raise their prices sometime in the last year or so. Now the same burrito is $6.95!! For a BEAN burrito, that is insane. Maybe if it was something special, but it was just ok. SO the last time I went I had been having issues with a certain new employee, this woman would constantly get my order wrong and I would constantly have to repeat my order several times. It appeared she would ask for my order, then immediately start doing something else and come back to the phone and say "now what did you want"(in a very thick accent). Then she would get repeat my order incorrectly thereby forcing to repeat my yet again. Extremely frustrating when you are driving. So I decided to talk to the owner about it. During my last visit the owner came out into the dining area and I asked if he was the owner and he acknowledged that he was. I walked to my car and called the store so I could speak to him as I drove. The woman I mentioned before answered and I asked to speak to the owner, he told her in spanish to say he was not in. After I informed her that I just spoke to him less that 2 minutes ago he got on the phone. He put me on speaker and since I wanted to speak privately about his employee I asked if he could take me off speaker. He then hung up on me. So if an owner of a business is willing to lie and refuse to speak regular customers while keeping a problem employee, that is an establishment I no longer have to frequent. I went there almost everyday for years. Again, not the best food and way overpriced, but decent. In light of my experience I think it's HORRIBLY run as I have found steel wool in my huevos rancheros, but as I was a regular I didn't say anything. Just be careful going here. About the same price as 3 margaritas up the street, but 3 Margs is a much better class establishment. Unfortunately they don't serve breakfast. I will NEVER go back to Amigos and I suggest you...

We were hoping for a mexican breakfast. We initially eyed the chilaquiles, but we were informed that they did not have fried eggs available and could only serve scrambled. We then chose a burrito. The tortilla is decent. It is a no muss no fuss burrito. We got the regular size, and it was just that. The mini might be too small if you are hungry hungry. The burrito was a flour tortilla, scambled eggs mixed with hashbrowns, and your choice of meat. They have a veggie option instead of meat. They sprinkle a little cheese on top. There is no real flavor. It's a basic burrito. The salsa on the side was pretty good with a little kick. The coffee served its purpose. The young man is polite, attentive, and helpful. The restroom is really clean.

We may not return but would recommend this place for a quick bite without a lot of fuss. Spent $24 bucks before tip.

Gave it 4 stars because I think it appeals more to the locals and because we just got a burrito. Maybe their other food is more flavorful. On my personal scale, I would give the...

Tried it for the first time the other day because I had to go the post office, but this food is pretty underwhelming in regards to flavor and loads of grease. I'd hate to eat this food after it's been 30 minutes from cooked. I asked for hot salsa and it was just this watery red sauce, again, no flavor and barely anything in the cup at all.

Overall points: -Tortillas are store bought, taste like flour bleach. -Way too greasy. -Very little flavor in food and salsa. -Salsa wasn't hot and was just a watery substance. -Very little salsa in a cup. -Portions were AWFUL - paid $12+ for a fajita burrito and got 4 bites of steak. -Guac apparently came with the order? Hard to tell since it melted into the pool of grease.

I do not recommend this place unless you like to get full off of bleached flavored flour tortillas...
