I had my initial microblading appointment with Kayla over a year and a half ago, and recently returned for a color pop (touch-up) session—and I’m just as obsessed now as I was the first time! From the moment I walked in, Kayla made me feel incredibly comfortable. Her sweet, calming personality and attention to detail immediately put me at ease. After she made an outline of the brows initially, she made sure to listen to any corrections I wanted/made sure the shape is exactly what I wanted. I was extremely scared and hesitant to do this, especially given online horror stories and how bad it could potentially be. But in my experience, it's genuinely the best thing I have done. JUST DO IT!!!

Kayla truly takes her time to make sure everything is perfect, and you can tell how passionate she is about her work. I never felt rushed or unsure. She explained everything clearly and checked in with me often to make sure I was feeling good throughout the process. She is also very personable and just a lovely person to talk to.

The results? Absolutely stunning. I left both appointments feeling so beautiful and confident. It’s such a game-changer waking up with natural-looking, perfectly shaped brows. Kayla has a real gift, both as an artist and as a person.

Also, at some point in my healing process I accidentally rubbed the scabs and was extremely scared I ruined my brows. I reached out to Kayla and she was very responsive and reassuring. She immediately offered to do a touch up if I wasn't happy with them within a month. Very sweet and great customer service!!

I was so disappointed in this location. I had an appointment for an eyebrow tint on a Tuesday morning. When I got there I asked if I could bring in my 2 month old- the receptionist said -it was empty so sure. When my baby started to cry 10 minutes later, I got her bottle but a worker started loudly having words with me from 15 feet away telling me I wasn’t allowed to be there and I shouldn’t have come in with a minor. She stared at me as I told her sorry- I was trying to treat myself and that I’d be happy to leave but she angrily stared at me before walking away. The sweet woman working on my eyebrows said as long as the baby was quiet -it was ok. When my newborn fussed again towards the end, I walked outside so as not to disturb the one client they had. The sweet aestician finished my eyebrows outside basically in the rain. That’s the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars. The other staff was so rude and made me feel ashamed. As a female small business owner myself and a young mom, I was so disappointed by the words they chose to loudly have with me instead of kindly explaining, as well as the mixed messages. I wanted to break down there but the woman working with me was so kind and said she had a kid too. If this business is about any type of female empowerment- this just wasn’t it. Kathy originally did my microblading and it was fabulous. Couldn’t be happier. She did my first color pop and again 100% perfect. Then my next color pop she had Britney take my appointment and I had to go back again because she missed spots. Then this week I got a color pop by Britney again and they are horrific. They are so big. I don’t understand why Brittany could not follow the same footprint that was on my face and took it upon herself to make completely new brows that do not fit my face. Yesterday I had four people ask me why they are so big. They are uneven, which is something that Kathy made sure that they were even. I did a side-by-side comparison to my original micro blading photos with Kathy and the appointment with Britney yesterday and the difference is unbelievable. I’ve been going to Bossgals for four years for services and I will not go back. I am now going to have to spend $600 to have them removed. Worst experience of my life. Again, make sure you discuss with your technician to stay with the same size and not take it upon THEMSELVES to make the decision to make them substantially larger. They don’t even fit my face.
