Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Columbus

We were there at the Easton Chuck e Cheese on Morse Rd. recently for my granddaughters planned birthday party. Overall it was a great experience and she really enjoyed it- the service from our assigned hostess was fantastic. She did such a great job. The manager of the location however completely negated everything positive we experienced. There was a mixup where pizzas were put on our party's table that we didn't order. No one realized it because we had ordered a large number of pizzas as a part of our party. The hostess comes over and explains that someone had rang the pizzas on the wrong table. Definitely not our fault. The manager comes over and is immediately defensive and says our party ate the pizzas and we must pay for them. I mean I was already spending $400+ on this party so what's a couple more pizzas... NOT THE POINT. The way she handled it was rude and disrespectful. She raised her voice a number of times and embarrassed us completely. We are definitely not the people to complain and have no issues paying for what we order. At the end of the day after much back and forth and disrespectful rude behavior on her part she agreed to split the cost of the pizzas with us. We found this to be acceptable although here rudeness was not. Then when I got my bill from the hostess I notice there were bottled waters added on- NO ONE in my party had bottled waters or ordered them. We quickly realized the manager took out her frustration by sneaking in those waters and covering the balance of the pizzas. Absolutely abhorrent behavior! Disrespectful and totally uncalled for! We have so many choices on where to take are grandkids for their parties... we just had my grandson's party there last year. Now because of this manager and how horrible we were treated we'll have to find somewhere else to have our parties. Very disappointed. Do better with your hiring decisions Chuck E Cheese! From discussing with the hostess we were not the only ones who had bad experiences with that manager and felt she was rude and...

Hosted a party. It was very disorganized. Poor customer service. Host needed better interaction with the party. I was supposed to receive a dedicated host for my party and I did not. My host had at least 1 to 3 other parties she was the host for. None of the staff had smiles on their face. One staff member had cussed said GD when I went up to the cash register because she was overwhelmed. The door guy walked out so they only tried to check kids when leaving which is one of the main reasons for picking Chuck E Cheese. We tried to get our cupcakes as well as the goodie bags and Dip N' Dots and it was like an inconvenience.

I paid extra per kid for the ultimate which meant my birthday star was obligated to receive an automatic 4000 tickets on her play card watchband and ahe only received 2000. My wife did not catch it, but I did and questioned it. The manager had already used her daily allowance that was alloted for giving tickets on customer's cards so the only way she could help us was to give us 4 - 500 ticket coupons to use at any future date. They do not expire which is one nice thing, but not what the party details stated.

We did receive what we needed/paid for, but only after asking.

Also for the free bronze card you get with the party package. You do not get that same day, it comes in a coupon the day after the party via email which you must go back to the SAME Chuck E...

I purchased the gold pass for my kiddos since paying for one visit would have cost the same amount with 3 kids, pizza and drinks.

We have used our gold pass 3 times and the first two times were great! Then yesterday manager Stephanie ruined our family fun. We ordered a cheese pizza and they made pepperoni pizza. I told her that my order was incorrect. We do not eat pork and have not EVER but she insisted that I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Continued to throw the pizza in the trash can while yelling at me and being very aggressive. She walked away before I could even tell her that I would just take a refund. I didn't feel comfortable with her making the food that my kids would eat at that point. I had to ask a nearby associate what her name was since she stormed off and no one wears name tags. I then had to scream hey Stephanie do not worry about the pizza I will take a refund. She then started yelling and cussing at me.

I have never felt so small. She gave my a refund and was being nice then. I just can't get over how she spoke to me.

I really love the location and it's clean. It's new it's beautiful but the staffing needs to be better.

Also no one checks the stamps on the kids...
