We loved it! I dont know why so many people complain and leave bad reviews, what did anyone expect to find in a 2 star hotel??? We stayed 2 nights, and it was great! The room was CLEAN and there was absolutely no bugs of any type! Being a former head housekeeper at an antique inn myself, trust me when I say im picky about things like that and thoroughly check!!! Sheets comforter towels etc nothing had rips or holes. They had 2 sets of towels in the room already when we arrived, so no need for fresh before we left. The marble tops on everything were gorgeous. We enjoyed watching the bears (and stupid people trying to chase them, or get less than 5 feet away for a photo...yes we made bets who was gonna get eat first lol) from our wrap around balcony (king suite w fireplace and whirlpool tub) on the 6th floor. Part of the check in speech is about how they have bears (duh) and to keep your vehicle doors locked, and do not leave food or trash inside them (again, duh) so idk why people complain about that too. The lady at check in was nice as could be, check in was quick and easy, check out even simpler. They do have free breakfast but its just the same simple offerings most hotels put out in the mornings, nothing spectacular, but hey its free, and the juices are pretty good. The only thing near a complaint I have is the balcony chairs are shaped weird in the seat and are not comfortable, but that can be solved by using a pillow or cushion, or bringing a different chair out to sit in. The hotel is in a nice, quiet, and still convinent area. We will definitely book this hotel again and definitely recommend it!

It was very unpleasant experience, starting from the rude old man at the receptionist. The room was spacious but it was dirty and outdated. The AC was blowing hot air the whole time, we could not sleep. The beds were squeaky and the sheets were torn and had blood stains on it. The bathroom had spiders, ants and fleas. No one came to clean the room, I called and the rude man answered stating that they will come by and clean, a housekeeper showed up with no English and literally said no no cleaning just towels, and handed me fresh towels and one roll of toilet paper. I called again next day in the evening and spoke to another receptionist and she was nicer and put in a request to cleaning our room. A male receptionist on the night shift kept parking behind my car every night, we could not leave early in the morning or at night. My sister got bites all over her body from the bed, we don’t know not if it was spider, insects or bed bugs. The pool was dirty, I would never stay in this hotel again, it was disgusting.

The first thing is this room is huge! It's not full of useless furniture, so I was shocked at how big it was. The balcony was all very spacious and nice. The beds were a bit on the harder side but now bad. The walls, however, are incredibly thin. Whoever was next to us kept moving stuff around and making so much noise so late at night. It was hard for us to sleep and stay asleep. I had to plug in the clock and set the time. I also had to plug in the phone. I did find a long hair on our towels. The toilet lid/seat was very loose. The main light switch wanted to stick. It was hard to turn the light off. I have one other issue, but I am calling the location to talk about it. I will be honest this this place wasn't worth $152.20 for a 1 night stay on a Monday.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. Never again after our last experience. We were very disappointed with our recent stay. Our room was dirty. It smelled like dogs and was supposed to be a no pet room. I requested and reserved a room on the 5 or 6th floor. The rude and unhelpful older man at the front desk tried to give me a first floor room. Not acceptable. Not what I reserved months in advance. He begrudgingly gave me a 4th floor room. The whole room was dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Hairs on the shower wall, in the tub and in the drain. Toilet not clean. The hard wood floors were filthy and sticky. We had to keep shoes on so our socks wouldn’t turn black. Everything felt sticky and unclean. Filthy room. We had to get lysol and cleaner to clean it ourselves. We brought our own blankets and didn’t lay on the sheets or use blanket already on bed after finding hair in bed. Only 2 bath towels provided and 2 small bars of soap in room for a 5 night stay. 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Ran out of toilet paper. Nothing was stocked properly for a 5 night stay for 2 adults. Balcony and chairs were covered in bird poop making it unsanitary to use. Lots of people with large dogs not picking up after them outside. Hotel workers saw this and did nothing to stop them. Saw dogs laying on the beds in rooms after rolling around the ground in dirt, urine and feces. Disgusting. Dirty, smelly and unsanitary rooms and outside green areas. Pet owners trying to bring pit bulls and other large dogs into elevators that were already occupied. I don’t feel safe sharing an elevator with barking, aggressive dogs. Very unsafe situation for guests who don’t want to risk being bitten or attacked. Very unhealthy for guests who have allergies and don’t want to be in an enclosed place with a shedding animal. Front desk man was very rude at check in. Lied to me. Told me my credit card was denied, after the transaction had went through. He already charged the full amount to my card. Seemed he was trying to double charge my card. I showed him where the transaction went through on my phone and the bill was already paid in full. He continued to argue saying it doesn’t matter, that’s not what his screen shows. Rude and not helpful. The owner or manager had to come to desk and tell him he was wrong and that it did go through. He never apologized for his mistakes. He was very unfriendly. When we had to come back down to desk to ask for more bath towels, he tried to give us washclothes. Had an attitude about giving us bath towels. The housekeeper didn’t have any on her cart and only had hand towels. Hotel is poorly run. Horrible experience and would not stay here again. Hotel has declined in every way. It’s in desperate need of a deep cleaning, remodeling, and qualified workers without bad attitudes. Very disappointed and unhappy with our stay....

I would not stay here again. It is a very bare bones hotel room. The photos online make it look way better than it is. I didn't want anything fancy, but it wasn't even clean. Here are some of the issues I had. 1.) The floor was all scratched, scuffed, and bubbling up in places in the room. 2.) On the third day of our stay a huge wad of hair bubbled out of the drain in the bath tub. 3.) Both mine and my boyfriends blankets had some weird stains, so I was grossed out and just slept with the sheet our whole stay. 4.) The beds were not very comfortable and I had a hard time sleeping the first night. 5.) The elevator was broken when we got there, but was fixed the next day. 6.) The concrete outside in the hallways are dirty, cracked, and broken in huge chunks. 7.) The hotel room in general had a really weird smell and I had to go buy febreeze just to be able to stay there. 8.) There is no hot tub and the pool closes at 10:00 so by the time you get back from the main strip there is no time to swim. A lot of the other hotel's pools were open until at least midnight. There were some things I did like and I will list them below. 1.) Very close to a trolley stop and a good location if you wanted to walk instead. We could walk the main strip from one end to the other in about 30 minutes. 2.) It's back off the main road a little ways so there was almost no noise from traffic or people. 3.) Every room has a balcony. Ours looked out over the pool which was nice. 4.) We parked in the lower lot and never had a problem finding a parking space. 5.) They had free breakfast, but I never got the chance to try it because it ended at 9:30. I think they should extend those hours until at least 10:30 or 11:00. 6.) Our room was of decent size and we had a refrigerator, table/chairs, microwave, and coffee maker. 7.) The air conditioner worked well and we could adjust the fan...

DO NOT STAY HERE! We went up for the Christmas parade. They charged us 250 dollars the first night, 250 the second. I decided to stay an extra day because it had been raining and my children and I hadn't gotten to do anything. They charged me 72 dollars for the third night. Talk about price gouging! That's ridiculous. This is not a 200 dollar a night room. There was a giant hole in the wall exposing the plumbing for the shower. The bathrooms felt dingy and dated and the worst thing is they actually charged my card 225 dollars instead of the 80 whatever it was. I was not happy. That's a 140 something dollar difference. They took the amount off of my card and are refusing to give it back. I need that money. It's a week before Christmas. I have 2 children. First they said give them a few days. It was just pending and once everything is finalized and we check out it would give us the difference. It did not. I called and complained to the hotel, the corporate headquarters, and I got in touch with Cash App which is how I paid. They all told me to give it 14 days. That at some point during that 14 days my money would go back on. It has not. Now Cash App is saying there's nothing they can do and Corporate is telling us to wait another 7 days and see if there if that helps. I don't want to wait another 7 days. They are holding money that belongs to me. I don't care who, but somebody is giving me my money back. I'm so frustrated. I will never stay at this place again. And I won't stay stay at a Quality Inn at all if it can be helped. Do better! Have better, cleaner rooms, stop price gouging and overcharging people. There is no reason why I should be having to deal with this. And right here at Christmas. I'm so angry! Like I said, DO NOT STAY HERE and I'd think twice before using your Cash App card on anything like this. Ridiculous!!! I wish I could...
