Abandoned Park is the single greatest thing that has happened to me. I was down on my luck before encountering Abandoned Park. My wife had left me, my kids hated me, I was $852,000 in debt, I was in the worst state of health I had ever been, I had nowhere else to turn. That is when Abandoned Park found me, welcomed me, and embraced my soul. Now my wife is back and we got rid of our idiot children, two million bajillion dollars were given to me by Abandoned Park (I was able to pay back my mother), I am kidney-stone-free, worm-free, and no longer have liver disease, I am cured of every psychological condition, my legs regenerated and my sight was restored, my leprosy was healed, and after sitting on the Great Bench of Transcendent Peace I am now able to use telepathy, teleport, breathe underwater, turn invisible for up to fourteen seconds, speak with animals, and I can turn into a tree. TLDR: Abandoned Park changed my life, and I will never be able to express my gratitude in a healthy...

In Gatlinburg's embrace, an abandoned park's silent grace, A weathered bench, witness to time's steady pace.

Amidst nature's reclaim, where memories reside, Whispers of laughter, echoes of joy, do abide.

Once vibrant and alive, now draped in nature's gown, Leaves dance around, in the silence, a solemn crown.

Oh, bench of solitude, in the heart of Tennessee's hush, Stories etched in woodgrain, memories in the underbrush.

Through seasons and change, you stand resilient and strong, A sentinel of moments, where shadows and memories belong.

Gatlinburg's ghostly park, with you at its core, A testament to tales that live...

I hope that one day this Abandoned Park will just be a park. It really won't take much clean up to get this back in visitor ready condition. There are paved walkways, concrete benches by the stream, and a nice tennis court that doesn't need too much maintenance to make it usable. It is obviously a bit overgrown and in need of some TLC... but I hope the next time I visit it is listed as something more. I'm not sure who owns this property but I will volunteer my time to help with clean up! ...

This was a divine experience. The vines and brambles parted ways as Moses parted the red sea. Sun beams streak through the canopy, illuminating a rocky decent to the river. Upon reaching the forlorn remains of a bench, I sat and prayed for a sign. The powers of nature flowed through my veins like adrenaline and cured my stage 4 terminal cancer. My leprosy was cured and the two cavities in my molars were filled. No experience I've had compares to the pure ecstacy within the abandoned park.
