Worst experience I have ever had! Literally just walked out and couldn't leave a negative review fast enough! I walked in and the two ladies in there were having a personal conversation the entire time I was placing my order. Once everything went through the toaster the employees starts wrapping up my sandwich and I had to ask her to stop that i was not finished also she did not ask if I wanted anything else on it. Once I had the toppings on it she asked me what I had and if it was togo or here 4 or 5 times before I got to the register. Once I got to the register it happened 3 more times. My sandwich looked like a car ran over it as it was just thrown into the tray. Lastly, the drink machine was out of order and the tea had been sitting there all day and was disgusting. To eliminate further interaction with your employee I just took a bottle of soda from the cooler as she already charged me for a fountain drink. Once i started eating she began to loudly flip chairs in the store to start to clean I suppose and got way too close to my table and the chair I was sitting in and dropped the chair right next to my table and hardly apologized. This is completely unacceptable and the worst experience I have ever experienced in my life at any of your stores. I will not be back again as you have lost a loyal customer. This all occurred between 3:00-3:20 on Friday...
Read moreI was going to place an online or app order as I received an email stating their sandwiches were BOGO. In the app, there were two buttons to place online orders for this location, but when I tried pressing it, nothing happened. So I went in and ordered two sandwiches. At the register, I informed the owner/manager that I had a BOGO coupon. He asked for a code which we could not find in app or in the email. He stated this deal was for online order and that restaurant does not have that technology. So why put order now on the app if you don't accept them?? I told the owner that I only wanted the one sandwich, even though both were made. I have been in customer service for years so I know what to do in this situation. I would have given the customer the other sandwich for free and tell them for future orders that the store can not accept online or app orders. But the owner feeling selfish decided to keep the 2nd sandwich which I assume he had to throw away in the garbage. Why do that if you can make a customer happy and not write a negative review? I will not be returning to this store. This owner/manager need to be trained better in the customer service aspect...
Read moreI came here about a year ago and had wonderful customer service from the same man who I've also seen at the location in downtown nashville. today i got the coupon for a free sub from tmobile. being a stay at home mom, I havent been able to go out to lunch in awhile but I wasnt too far away and Friday is my birthday so I figured why not, brought my baby inside to get lunch and got in line. the lady then turned off the open sign (this was at 230 pm) then asked the customer in front of me if she was using the tmobile coupon. she said no. lady said good we arent taking anymore. I said oh you're not taking it and she said I guess I can take one more, then turned back to the lady in front of me and said jeez people will do anything for free food. how incredibly rude and unprofessional. I've worked in food service and yes it can get busier when free items come up. a lot of time those people also purchase something. I didnt realize these free sandwiches came out of that lady's paycheck. I turned around and left. will probably not come back. too bad we don't have a location...
