I battled between four and five star. For great service, clean shop, great variety and conscience quality, they actually are five star. They have cold food ready, and list it in their refrigerator so you can order a meal and not just desserts. They have keto desserts, a few vegan, and many other desserts with better ingredients than a normal bakery. They should be commended for making healthier desserts. There’s a nice coffee shop attached also. I hear the brownies are really good and I should have gotten them, but I tried the cakes and a muffin. I appreciate that the muffin had real blueberries and made of great ingredients. It wasn’t wow tasting, but it was good and I ate it all first. The cakes were fair tasting, but they weren’t Wow either, they aren’t very sweet which is not a bad thing. For the price, it’s a good big slice and fair pricing for quality ingredients. The consistency of the cake is moist, but it’s a bit more moist than I prefer. I like the airy softness of the highly processed way of doing desserts. I know that this cleaner ingredient way was going to change the texture and all of the cakes and muffins have the same moist texture on the bite through. The texture is sort of like if you baked a cake and pulled it out of the oven a bit fast. I made the mistake and thought that because this was a healthy dessert shop that all of the desserts were vegan. My stomach didn’t irrupt badly from the cream cheese icing, but I was mistaken. I wish they had more Vegan. Keto desserts look like play-dough. If I came back, I’d order something different than the banana, coconut, and carrot cake. Really nice staff and cool shop. Kathy, Angela, and their team are absolutely AMAZING. They really went above and beyond.

I'm from New York and wanted to send my boyfriend (who lives in Nashville) some keto-friendly treats. When I contacted Angela and Kathy they told me they don't normally make deliveries, but understand the importance of their customer's orders and would make a delivery for me (wow, now that's amazing customer service!). I also didn't realize that when I first contacted them, they're not even in Nashville. It was an hour drive in total for them to make the one delivery.

I ordered a dozen peanut butter cookies, peanut butter and chocolate puffs, and the double chocolate cheesecake slice. Kathy messaged me with updates of when she was leaving the bakery and when to expect her. She even wrote a note from me to attach to the order.

I can't express how much they made our day. I received a very happy and surprised call from my boyfriend, who later in the day told me how amazing and good the baked goodies were. He especially loved the puffs and that the whole order fit his diet preferences.

Highly recommend this bakery not only for their superior customer service, but also for their delicious and healthy treats! Thank you so much Kathy, Angela & team. I'll be making the trip to visit next time...

Wow, this place is amazing! Absolutely delicious GF treats! They are very smart for having samples because I bought more than I was planning on because I got to taste their delicious brownie and sugar cookie! Also, the young lady who was manning the register was so kind and helpful! This place is an hour away from where I live but I will definetely be making special trips just to come here!

Lemon cake - DELICIOUS. I haven't had a lemon cake since before I had to go gf 10 years ago.. this one did not disapoint.

Banana cupcake/muffin with cream cheese frosting - wow I could eat 10 of these in a row

Brownies - I could eat the whole package in one sitting. I've been to SO many gf bakeries and am usually so disappointed in the brownies BUT -not- this one! wow. so so good.

Sugar cookies - literally taste exactly like a classic sugar cookie. so yummy. perfect...
