Typically this location has fast and friendly service, but this time was awful! Braxton was taking the order in front of us. She had already given the drink and continues sitting there talking for several minutes. The lane beside us had several cars go through. Then, when she finally started taking our order, she stopped and walked away in the middle of taking our order. Which caused her to forget our whole order, after repeating it several times. As we were waiting for our drink, she started helping the people behind us while our drink was just sitting there. Then she gave us a small straw so it just fell into our drink. Lately it has felt like there are too many people that are just so rude towards customers. I was very hesitant on trying this place but a friend told me it was worth it. From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by the absolute sweetest girl Aniyah (I apologize if I misspelled that). she was so down to earth and had fun explaining everything and finding a great drink to help "slap that grogginess out my brain." Pulling forward to the 2nd breath of fresh air with the awesome red streaked hair (I'm so very sorry for not catching your name). I came across a social media post featuring a new push pop flavor and decided to make the 20-minute drive to the Goodlettsville location to check it out. The store was charming, clean, and conveniently located.

The service was excellent—the young woman who took my order was kind and welcoming, and the young man who chatted with me while I waited added a friendly, personable touch to the experience.

I ordered two drinks, and although I may have confused the staff with my second request—a lemon freeze with lime, guava, and pineapple—it was still a refreshing treat. I’m looking forward to returning and trying more items...
