Well firstly, I was greeted at the drive thru, I asked for a moment which wasn't a problem for anyone. It was only 830 and the hours state they close at 9. I started ordering my food But by the time I was half way finished ordering, I was being rushed over and over again. I then asked again for a second and he smarted off saying "oh take your time, I'll be here all night". Pulling up to the window and the drive thru window was opened already and you could hear the same kid going on and on about how he was supposed to be gone by 330. I then proceeded to wait for him for a moment and was being handed my drinks and I was trying to hand him my card. He then ran my card returned it and offered no receipt. He Told me to pull forward to wait for my food at the door. There were no cars behind me so I believed cause it was a big order it wasn't a problem. I pulled forward them decided to go in and ask for honey for my food and order some cookies. The kind young lady that game me my cookies offered me a receipt which I kindly declined but asked for my receipt for my big order that I ran my card for. She quickly went through a stack of receipts that were in the lobby at the cash register said she couldn't find anything and asked if I'd like her to go to the back and pull it from the system. She returned quickly and handed me the correct one. So I stood there and waited for another ten minutes or so while they prepared my order. Finally receiving my food, I checked to make sure the entire order was complete and in my bag, which it was. But when I get home they had used soda lids for every side I had and the lid and bottom of one of the sides were wrecked and deteriorating into the potatoes. Little pieces of plastic from the lid had gotten all over my potatoes. All the food excluding the chicken was okay and barely warm. My 8 piece Chicken bucket was just fine. Read moreHorrible service. The lobby was full with only one person taking and making orders and she was the unhappiest person on the face of the planet. I thought she was going to stab me in the eye just for being there. It was at least 10 minutes in line and twice that waiting for the food. No one in the back seemed to care and everyone was working their hardest to go as slow as humanly possible. Then after 30 minutes they tell me they didnt have what I ordered. It probably went out the drive thru which had their full and complete attention. So I ask for a refund and to talk to the manager, but she took forever just to come out and talk to me, then she was like, "well we are graded on our drive through service" so apparently that poor girl up front wasn't ever going to get some help, even though I was at least the second person to complain about it.
