I ordered through the mobile app for pick up at the drive through. I arrived and they displayed my order on the screen and asked if it was correct. I said yes. I arrived at the window and sat for a few minutes and they opened the window and asked for $12.69. I explained I ordered via the mobile app and already paid (my order only totaled $6.53). They shut the window and came back a minute later and asked what did I order - I told them. Three employees gathered around to discuss shutting the window. They opened it and asked again what did I order. I told them again. A few minutes later they handed out my drink and a bag with food. Upon opening the bag I saw it was wrong and stopped before driving off. I looked back at the window and told them this wasn't what I ordered. And with real attitude he said "Well what did you order". I said I would drive around and come in - there were several cars behind me. I walked in a little upset and set the bag of food on the counter - the employee came and I asked to speak to the manager and he representative himself as the general manager and that he wasn't going to allow me to yell at him. I could just leave. He claimed they were short handed and he was at this point not going to make the order right. And they couldn't process a refund since it was a mobile order I would need to call Taco Bell and if I made a complaint that the call would more than likely be routed to him so I wouldn't get anywhere making a complaint. At that point I was more than frustrated and picked up the bag to toss it back to him and he said through that and I'm calling the police. I will admit I should have held my temper better but if that is the customer service they want to provide I won't be back and will encourage everyone I know to not be back. FYI - the dining room was empty and they had 5 or 6 employees working so they couldn't have...
Read moreWorst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to! I’ve visited this location 4 maybe 5 times and every visit gets worse! The first time or two it took nearly 45 minutes to get thru the drive thru! My order has never been right, and tonight was no different! Decided to swing thru since only one car was in drive thru. I get to the speaker and wait 2/3 minutes before anyone speaks. When the lady finally comes over the speaker she whispers and I can barley hear her! I order the 4pck rolled chicken tacos (kind of hard to mess up) and my wife orders a crunch wrap supreme with no meat or sour cream. We get to the window and the lady is clearly messed up, can’t hear or understand her, when I spoke to her she had this blank look on her face. We get the food and my wife checks her order, of course as expected, wrong. By this time it’s a little after 10, not realizing the lobby was closed she walks up to the door, a cook notices her and opens the door, she explained what she was wanting and the guy acted as if she was speaking another language! Of course after close they probably have security protocols that don’t allow customers inside but instead of asking her to wait outside, or letting her know it would be a minute and she could wait inside the car (it’s 40 degrees outside) he just shuts the door and doesn’t say a word. We wait 5/6 minutes and a new guy comes to the door with her new crunch wrap supreme. Just to check she ask him, this has no meat or sour cream, but does have bean, cheese and the lettuce and tomato. He looks at her with the same blank look as the other works and said well what did you order? He seemed to have no idea of what he just made and she was over it! Luckily it was made correctly but the process to get there...
Read moreSlowest & laziest restaurant in a 20 mile radius (literally) Not to mention all of the "employees" are insanely rude(minus the tall white dude who seemed to be doing a majority of the work) On my latest and final visit I waited for 20+ minutes for 3 items with no other dine in customers, no one in the drive thru customers, and 4 "employees" in the kitchen. I just left...I wasn't going to get my food. It would've been faster if I drank a 12 pack, spun in circles 30 times and walked back in the kitchen blindfolded and made the food myself. Shout out to Taco Bell of GOODLETTSVILLE for "employing" ride potheads.
Also their new tactic is to take your drive thru order then make you park in the front and make you wait on your food. I parked on the side of the building and timed these transactions. People were waiting on the drive thru line for at least 10 minutes and were immediately sent to park in front of the building where they were forced to wait even longer. The "employee" would come out of the customer entrance with orders and was walking up to each vehicle asking what they ordered and proceeded to other vehicles when they realized it wasn't the right customer. Absolute garbage management( as if...
