There is one young girl that works here white girl with glasses and I think reddish hair. Rude.Rude.Rude bad attitude and lazy. Does not want to do her job which is client based. Now that there is a machine there as soon as she sees you walking to the desk she yells, “Use the machine.” Huh? What if I had a question? What if I preferred a real human? Even when I make a return from home on the computer and I don’t get a barcode—the email clearly says to go to the counter and a rep will print your label, she still makes it her business to actually talk you to the machine and give you a tutorial on how to do everything yourself. Why? Bc she is lazy and training everyone to do her job. Well if it’s self-service and we don’t need the clerks bc we have to do EVERYTHING ourselves then she should be the first to get fired. I have to point out that there is an older black gentleman who goes out of his way. So much that I was surprised bc I was waiting for him to direct me to the machine, but nope he printed and secured the label, secured the box with tape, had a friendly and approachable demeanor and really showed me what true...

I got an update today, Nov 27, saying it was in the Beltsville site at 4:30 AM and is supposed to be here today. Now I get an update this afternoon, same day Nov 27th, saying it’s going to be here on the Nov 30th. It’s 6 miles away and it changed from today to taking three days to get here… seriously?! You have a shipping delay and you’re less than 10 miles away and it’ll take three days?! Unbelievable… why would you tease someone with that poor update? In order to get the package to my apartment, I changed my freight elevator time slot for my building to today thankfully there was a slot. Read moreCame in on 7/29/25 around noon to ship a package. They guy tried to scan qr code but it wasn't working. He asked to to see my phone to look at the email it came in, so I showed him. He stated he lost the email and instead of giving me the phone back he just started going thru my phone. I asked for my phone back and he was still looking, not sure what he was looking for but I took the phone out his hands. He suggest I call the company and walked away. It seemed suspicious to me. He was young and Spanish with braids. You should teach them to give phone back to customers if the email closes out somehow. Honestly it made no sense because it wouldn't close unless he closed it purposely. Maybe he was looking for my cashapp to send himself money? Either way it didnt seem like a honest move...
