La Côte — Restaurant in Las Vegas

La Côte at Fontainebleau is that rare poolside spot where the ocean breeze, elevated flavors, and genuinely warm service come together to create a transportive lunch experience. It’s effortlessly chic—open-air Mediterranean vibes with upbeat music, stylish crowds, and a buzz that makes you want to linger just a little longer.

We ordered the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, and it was everything you want from a poolside Caesar—crisp, cool romaine with just the right punch of anchovy in the dressing, and jumbo shrimp grilled to absolute perfection. The Greek salad came loaded with vibrant cherry tomatoes, briny olives, and creamy feta, topped with the catch of the day: mahi-mahi, which was just okay, but still a nice addition. Their salads overall are crisp, fresh, and beautifully done—perfect for a sunny afternoon.

The Mezze Platter was definitely a highlight. They let me sub the baba ghanoush for guacamole (which was creamy, well-seasoned, and refreshing), and the warm, fluffy focaccia paired perfectly with the spread. I asked for the olive oil on the side, and they didn’t miss a beat.

Service was impeccable across the board—attentive, gracious, and never intrusive. Stayed at the hotel for a few days and been to La Cote almost daily. Food options are decent for the pool sode restaurant, and are fresh and well executed. We always had a nice experience with accommodating staff except today when we had to wait for our food for 50min. As apology we were offered desert on the house. After waiting for another 20min we gave up and asked for a check. Manager wasn't awfully apologetic. I am not sure of this hotel future if they will bring Miami attitude...

I had the opportunity to dine at Le Cote yesterday for a late lunch and the experience was amazing! From the start, our server Neshawn and the rest of his team took excellent care of us. Making sure we had water, providing menu suggestions along with thoughtful check-ins throughout the meal. I highly recommend the watermelon feta salad, fish tacos and the ceviche.
