I hate that I'm about to leave this review as I've been a huge Bucks fan my entire life.... but the Bucks Pro Shop has customer service that rivals the likes of Comcast.
I ordered championship gear in mid July and have yet to receive any of the items (it is October 19th as I write this review). I understand that one of the items is on backorder, but customer service did nothing to notify their me (and I assume the rest of their customers) of such delay. It wasn't until I reached out and inquired (after 30 days) that I was told one of the items wasn't currently available.
As for my other items, I was told they could send those separately, so I'd at least have some championship gear for the start of the new season (TODAY!). After I told them that I'd like those items shipped (back in mid September) customer service went completely dark on me. I have yet to even get a "your items have shipped" email let a lone confirmation front customer service that they will send those items.
As I said to start this review, this is a hard review for me to write as I am a HUGE Bucks fan who has had nothing but great experiences with the organization until this. I hope this review is a spark that gets them to respond and be more...
Ā Ā Ā Read more8/20/2021 Update: I returned the wrong size shirt and instead of sending me the correct shirt, as they said they would, they've just refunded me the price of the shirt so now I need to buy it again and pay for shipping again. The online customer service center is also not taking any calls anymore.
Original: We ordered Bucks Champion shirts and one of the shirts was delivered in the wrong size. I have had to call no less than 10 times for them to either not call back or to hang up on me when I finally get through (specifically, the online customer service center from Indianapolis). It's been 3 weeks and I STILL have had no answers or communication about it. I just want the shirt I ordered as a gift to someone in the correct size. It should not be this difficult to just send out the correct size, especially since it's been noted in the order already that it was delivered in the wrong size. When I received them, one of the sweaters I ordered had a red stain on it. I sent pictures and an email asking if I could get an exchange. They emailed me back a postage label that didnāt work. So I emailed them back saying it didnāt work and asked if they could send another one. That was over two weeks ago since Iāve heard anything back. Thanks a lot that was suppose to be a Christmas gift! The other bad part about ordering from the online pro shop, if something doesnāt fit you canāt exchange it at the fiserv pro shop.
