I purchased a 2,000 mattress and an Ajustable bass about a week ago. We made our purchase in store, after making a purchase the salesman told us that we would receive a free mattress protector. They delivered our mattress on Thursday...August 27th 2020, fresh out of the plastic, I noticed a spot on the mattress I immediately called the store to ask for the salesman, after being told that he wasn't there today, I then asked the guy ( which was the store manager Martin ) if he knew what time or if the salesman would be in, he was very nasty and short..... I then hung up and called back and a young lady answered the phone and I told her about the stain on the mattress and my concerns. I also explained to her that I didn't receive my Free mattress pad that I was promised, she said I would need to talk to Antonio Francis which was my salesman. It has been very difficult to get a solution to my complaints, the same rude manager called back pretending to be more concerned after i asked him if there was anyone else I could speak to because he's rude and too short and made me feel as though he didn't have to time to address my concerns. He apologized and then went on to say he would swap the mattress out, and try to compensate me for the mattress pad that we ended up purchasing since we never got the free one. I had no choice but to purchase one because I saw that there was a stain on the mattress, I didn't feel comfortable sleeping on it anyway with the stain, and all that's going on in the world today. After Martin called late Thursday afternoon to tell me he would send me a new mattress and that he would give me a call back on Tomorrow which was Friday, he never did. I called him back to.ask him could it be delivered on Monday since my husband would be off on that day....which would be August 31st 2020 , he never gave me a for sure answer, and told me he would have to do a process for the new mattress. (What process that was, i.dont have a clue) and that he would call me back in 5 minutes. Well....Once Again, Martin never call back at all. At this point they can just give me a refund and come pick up the stained mattress and I will go elsewhere. This was our first time purchasing from Mattress Firm, and clearly is my last. The customer service is horrible. After sending almost 3000 and can't get quality service is very disappointing. I will be contacting and writing Corporate.....PSA!!! NEVER SPEND UR MONEY WITH...
Read moreI purchased a bed in a box. Turned out I did not like it. While I was on a social media site, I see an ad for Mattress Firm. I thought I will never buy a bed without trying it first. I found the closet Mattress Firm to me. When I arrived, I thought I could say what wanted, and the would say here are your choices. That is not how it happened. When I walked in, I was greeted with a nice friendly smile from a genlteman name Christopher. I told him I wanted a firm Mattress. He suggested I try laying on a few to ensure I was getting what I wanted. I'm sure I ask him the same question he already answered a few times. The pleasant thing was he answered all my many questions any repeated question with the same friendly smile. I never felted rushed. I advised Christopher, I would return Wednesday to complete my purchase. I returned on Wednesday as stated. I walked in looking for Christopher. Lamar advised, he was not in today, however he would be in tomorrow. I explained to Lamar I would come back tomorrow because he spent so much time with me, I wanted to make sure be received the credit for the purchase. Lamar advised me I could still make the purchase and Christopher would receive the credit for the purchase. I found out Lamar was Christopher's Supervisor. I told Lamar how nice and patient Christopher was with me and how helpful we was, he's a keeper. Lamar also was very friendly and helpful. The best thing was he also answered more of my questions sold a different adjustable bed frame knowing it was still giving Christopher the credit. Once he gave me my receipt he showed where the credit was given to Christopher. If you are looking for a Mattress, you cannot go wrong with Chistopher or Lamar. Both of these gentleman are outstanding, helpful, and most importantly they WANTED TO HELP YOU. Please look them up. You will not regret it. By the way I purchased the medium matress, not the firm Mattress.

Read moreUnfortunately we did not have a good experience at this location and it was solely based on the employee, not the product. We purchased a mattress and chose to have it delivered. While we were looking around the sales associate asked us if we needed our current mattress hauled away when they deliver the new one. He said, “It’s included with delivery.” So I said, “Sure, if it’s included, why not.” When he rang us up, he gave me the total and it seemed higher than what I was expecting, but I couldn’t see the price breakdown on his computer yet, so I handed him my card and proceeded to pay anyway, thinking I’d just look over the receipt. He then told me that his computer was having issues and he could not print my receipt. I told him that I would wait while he figured it out because I needed to see the receipt. After waiting for several minutes, he handed me the receipt and sends us on our way. As I am looking over it, I notice a charge of $99 for “Setup & Disposal” and a separate line for delivery that is $0 (free). When I asked him why he said taking away the old mattress was included with delivery and delivery was free, he backtracked and said, “well it is included in the set it up.” I never asked for set up and he never mentioned a $99 fee for anything. All we needed was delivery. I felt that he was purposefully vague and misleading about how delivery was free and taking away the old mattress was $99. I asked for a refund of the $99 and told him my exact thoughts about how it is not right to mislead customers. He did apologize and refund my money but I will not be returning to this business or recommend anyone else shop there based on the lack of integrity with...
