Let me start with the very few positives. The beach is right there walking distance, the water pressure is good, and the linens were relatively clean, for the most part. Now, let's get to everything wrong with this place. The check in. Staff was absolutely rude and unprofessional. They seemed more interested in their personal call which was on speaker phone than doing their job. They acted as if checking us in was the biggest inconvenience, gave us attitude, and in general had zero respect. One of the staff appeared as if they were under the influence of something or maybe had a very rough night prior. The hallways and common areas were dirty, muggy, lacked air conditioning, had zero rules such as noise, trash, common decency (for example, unruly children lighting off fireworks at one am outside our window). The room. Where do I even begin. The room is extremely outdated, old, smelly, dirty, muggy, humid, completely unsafe, and nothing like the pictures at all. There's excessive dirt, dust, and mold on the fans in the bathroom and room. There was no smoke detector. Air conditioner barely ran. The odor in the room was quite heavy. We booked a one bedroom suite with one queen, one full, and two pull out couches. Instead we got one queen, a bunk bed (located in what can only be described as a closet), and one pull out couch. I cannot stress this enough, the pictures are a lie. The room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. For the price they are charging, we would've been better off going to a motel and probably gotten a better room and better service. Please be aware and be warned of this establishment. Look elsewhere or stay at your own risk.

We stayed here for two nights over memorial day weekend. First I will start with the positives. The view from our room was great. The beach is awesome and you are close to many things for convenience. Now the negatives. The remote control for the TV didn't work initially but that got resolved quickly. Half of the electrical outlets in the room did not work so we had to share the same phone charger and take turns. The Internet is very spotty and I eventually had to use my phone as a hot spot to finish watching my shows on the smart TV. The water pressure in the toilet was very low so you have to hold down the flusher for a while to get the toilet to flush. When I went to the elevator I found a pile of ice chips dumped out on the floor (see photos). I didn't get any sleep the first night because the walls are paper thin and the neighbors above us partied all night long. The second night my neighbor next to me told the group above me to keep it down at midnight and he almost got into a fight with them. I ended up calling the cops at 1:30 am and my wife heard one of them getting arrested when she them say through the walls "I'm pressing charges this time". This resort is on North Myrtle Beach (which is supposed to be a little more reserved than South Myrtle) but you could have fooled me. We let the front desk know about the experience and she said she would talk to the owner about getting us a credit and we should hear back no later then Wednesday. It's been a week and we still haven't heard back from them. I would recommend you look elsewhere to stay.

Staff friendly but check in individual started to get into a heated discussion with another customer while checking us in. Room was clean but there were hairs on the floor and in the tubs. Main door was hard to open and didn't close on its on so it needed a hard push or pull. The Air rattles when it turns on. You can only keep the air set on a certain temp. The Fridge took 24hrs to start working. We had to buy coolers to keep items cold until then. The fridge and stove were tiny. They only give 1 small pan and 1 pot. We purchased more so we could cook quicker. The coffee maker had a leak. Has nice patio area with grills, tennis table, cornhole, tents, lounge chairs. No bar, no restaurants in the building but there are restaurants close by. Location was good. Wasn't too far from shopping outlets. Primary bed was a full size and hard. 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds with no TV. There was only 1 working outlet per bedroom. Living room had pullout couch with a 1in mattress and the plastic covering the mattress was torn, there was also hair inside plastic. They don't supply extra tissue or toilet paper so we did purchase more. I gave 3 stars because, ultimately, it wasn't a terrible visit. We made it work. They need to do some upgrading.

RUN. My family of six lost nearly $2,000 from our 2025 vacation due to their unethical and immoral practices. While I have spoken to legal counsel, the Myrtle Beach Police Department, and the magistrate (all of whom confirm I have a valid legal case), the greater truth is this: businesses that operate like this will eventually fail because deceit always has a higher cost. “Manager Angie “ begging for 5 star reviews was the first red flag as I came in to personally cancel the reservation that had booked just 20 minutes prior.

We were verbally assured, in person by “manager Angie “ while on the phone with the owner “Ray” that a full refund would be processed due to an unavoidable family emergency. Their deceiving lies in person led to 2 months of me battling for my hard earned money. Instead, the resort kept nearly $2,000 for a stay that never happened, despite their own acknowledgment that no services were rendered and cancellation in person and in writing via text and email- all SC laws with felony and civil repercussions.

To make matters worse, records appear to have been altered by “Mary” with an email falsifying records to justify the charge. Looking further into ownership and filed for bankruptcy—hardly surprising given how they treat paying customers, the hard working American class just trying to make a vacation. It’s disgusting to think one can sleep knowing they STOLE from a family that was honest.

The photos online are extremely misleading and do NOT reflect the reality of the property- AT ALL.

As someone who has spent over two decades in the hospitality industry, I have never seen such blatant disregard for honest, hardworking customers. The lack of integrity, compassion, and professionalism is disgusting.

Staying here not only supports a business that fraudulently takes advantage of hardworking families, but puts your entire vacation - Time, energy, financials in the hands of deceitful lying business owners. Pay the extra $100-200 and go right down the road where you can find and value honesty, fairness, and respect. This company will be the fall of itself from of the lack of humane principalities and wisdom of how to actually run a business and cherish a...

Our family had one of the most disappointing and fraudulent experiences with this property- and quite frankly pure disgusting to take from hardworking American's trying to finally have a vacation. My family of six lost $1,934 from our 2025 vacation due to their unethical practices.

While I have spoken to legal counsel, the Myrtle Beach Police Department, and the magistrate, Under South Carolina Codes § 39-5-20 and 16-13-240 (“Obtaining signature or property by false pretenses with intent to defraud), confirm I have a valid legal case, the greater truth is this: businesses that operate like this will eventually fail because deceit always has a higher cost than any refund.

We NEVER stayed here (THANK GOD), never signed paperwork, never received keys, and even declined alternate accommodations offered. We were verbally assured by staff, Angie, while standing in the lobby with her that a full refund would be processed due to an unavoidable family emergency. Instead, the resort kept $1,934 for an entire 4 night stay that NEVER happened, despite their own acknowledgment that no services were rendered.

To make matters worse, records appear to have been altered to justify the charge by "Mary" when all text, email, phone calls, 3rd party inquiries requested refunds for the rightful cancelation for this illegal behavior was all documented. A past bankruptcy of the owners is hardly surprising given how they treat paying customers and the everyday hardworking American.

The photos online are extremely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the property's current conditions AT ALL. Such blatant disregard for honest, hardworking customers and the lack of integrity, compassion, and professionalism is appalling that there is any ownership for someone who clearly doesn't understand laws of SC, buisness or decency for honesty.

Staying here supports a business that takes advantage of hardworking families and puts a risk on your own financials and information. If you value honesty, fairness, and respect, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere- that is WELL WORTH a little...

The building was recently renovated according to the listing, but you can't tell if it actually was.

First thing I noticed in terms of "renovation" was that the toilet was running when I arrived. It must've been leaking somehow as it would start and stop running water a few times per hour.

Second thing I noticed in terms of "renovation" was that there was a sign above the thermostat urging guests to keep the set temperature between 72°F to 78°F or else the A/C would freeze. That's completely ridiculous and honestly just sounds like a lame way of cutting costs at the guests' expense. Not that it matters anyway... The A/C didn't work at all (even within their temperature range). There was only a negligible draft of room temperature air from the vents and the sound of what was presumably the fan running.

Last thing I noticed in terms of "renovation" were the electrical receptacles. Not only do they look old, but they are old. The connection was very loose, resulting in some things coming unplugged. It's not only inconvenient, but also a fire hazard (though it's unlikely).

Even after looking past that, the room was dirty. The beds were made and seemed clean, as well as the towels. Upon taking off our shoes, our socks became very dirty in under an hour from walking around in the room. The floors we obviously dirty and appeared to be completely skipped over.

The guy at the at the service desk could understood and spoke very little English and no French (the only two languages I speak). This made communication very difficult in an already frustrating situation.

The view of the beach was very nice, the room was spacious, and it's definitely not the worst place I've stayed. For the price we paid, it was easily...
