My family and i Stayed at the Sand Dunes 17th floor room 1704. The place smelled like cigarettes. Walls and floors were bad beyond normal wear and tear. Roaches, dusty, sandy, old furniture to point were it would break if you nudged it. Dryer lent catcher had lots of sand! Kitchen: fridge had huge dents, dish washer broken. Pots and pans scratched and burnt. Can opener broken knives were dull. Grease black splash and stove, sticky floors. ROACHES!!! BED ROOMS: the bed were horrible creaked and shaked everytime you moved sand on the bed sheets. The base was not attached to the head board and constantly moved when you leaned on it. Broken lamps, everything was dusty. Bathroom: holes in the wall. Sand everywhere. Gray towels were cloroxed stained and had lots of old fuss. Very dinghy. POOL: we only had access to a very tiny pool and lazy river that was very old and broken again. Everything was so outdated. Cracks on the walls and in the pool. Missing tiles. Bugs in the kiddie pool beach sand in the pool. Pictures did not match with what we got stuck with. We paid $700 for three days and two nights. 7 adults 3 teens 2 children. We had booked it a month and 1/2 in advance. We were celebrating a birthday and graduation. We could not just cancel and find somewhere else last min. We didn't get any compensation after sending videos and pictures for the first 40min there to provide a walk through for the manager. We were not offered anything to compensate everything we went through. I WILL NEVER...

Read moreDo not waste your money! This condo was really awful. It was not cleaned or ready for someone to rent. They did not bother to make sure it smelled good or the dust was taken care of. Floors were filthy toilets were not flushing correctly. The toilet in the 2nd bathroom is running constantly. The shower in the bigger bathroom fills up the tub because it is not draining. The furniture is so old and dingey it smells moldy. The chairs on the balconies are filthy. The beds are obnoxiously loud when you even move in them and very uncomfortable.. I would be embarrassed to rent this to people. My grandson woke up everyday with swollen eyes because of the dust in this place. The pillows have not been washed or replaced in probably yrs. They were also blood stained. The elevators were broke down alot so we had to climb stairs to the 11th floor. They would not refund...
