Ocean Dunes Condos - Tower 1 — Local services in Myrtle Beach

Except to be on your own bc you have to provide your own everything down to the toilet paper and trash bags and the clean linen they provide you will have to wash yourself until the end of your stay bc they dont provide that for you neither. I called and asked about house keeping bc we were charged cleaning fee at beginning of or stay and they told me that was only for them to change beds and vacuum when we leave I was shocked bc there was a paper on fridge that said you will be charged additional fees if you dont take trash to dumpster and clean all dishes and tidy up before you leave which we always clean up but really why all the fees for cleaning when you dont do any cleaning. And what topped the cake is when we was told we couldn't enter kid zone and couldn't get into a certain pool bc we paid at a discount price and was put in a separate building. And the indoor pool that we had to use was nasty and pipes in the ceiling was hanging down and dripping who knows what kind of water straight in the pool I will never stay here again. Been to better hotels and this is supposed to...

Horrible condo. It's like the slum Lord of area condos. It's always fun when you get in late at night and you have to make your own beds. It's even better when that then causes you to find blood stains (doesnt looked stained, may be fresh) on the "mattress pad". Yuck. 4 beds in the room and they only give you 4 pillow cases, but they do provide plenty of pillows (who sleeps on hotel pillows without a pillow case?). Front desk is unattended. Sheets have holes in them (probably from making all of the guests make their own beds) and the shower has black mold. Fine if you don't have little children, allergies, or asthma. I have never griped about a hotel stay at the beach in my life. Why? You're at the beach and you're not in your room, but COME ON. This place is awful. For the price paid you can stay anywhere else. Maybe I'm picky this time because I have stayed other places in Myrtle and this dump is a let down. Pros, close access to the beach, plenty of parking, rooms AC worked, open unprotected wifi... Stay any where else I strongly...

Initial response was good...kinda tiny, but cute....(but I thought I ordered a King size bed).....the double beds were smallish and upon lying on it, they gave me the sensation of "falling" outta the bed....The pillows were the cheap, $1 super too soft type that allowed your head to fall straight thru to the mattress....speaking of which,, the mattress could use a huge upgrade.. I guess they put sleep at the bottom Of the list of comforts.....There had to have been some sort of allergen in there because I was immediately "clogged up" when I got in the room...dust maybe
