Your waitors need to learn how to better address customers when there is a concern expecially when I get brown/cold/soggy fries but when my husband's plate comes out he has fresh hot and not black fries. Blooming onion was burnt halfway so only half was able to eat. When told the waitor about it and i even said i would pay for half bc i ate half but the other half is on the table burnt as well as the fries he just shrugs his shoulders and says " well there's nothing I can do about that" when I was being honest n nice n even said I'll pay for what I ate but not what I couldn't bc it was burnt n cold soggy n just gross tbh. Just got attitude followed by more attitude. They did take the blooming onion off my bill. But when he brought back the new ticket he wasn't friendly at all it was just put on the table saying here you go as he walked away no thank you no I'm sorry no nothing just attitude which is absolutely insane to me I work in fast food and even though it sucks the customer is always right and your number one priority is to make sure that customer is if not happier when leaving every customer every time you make sure that customers happy and if they're not you do whatever you can to make it right you could have the world's crappiest food and as long as you have a good attitude and great customer service people will come back every time because of that sole purpose so instead of just having pretty girls up front and crappy waiter / waitresses in the back try to find some people that will actually help your business not hurt it. we will never be back to this restaurant for the sole purpose of how crappy our waiter was and how rude he was bc of a issue we didn't...
Read moreThis place used to be the main place for great hamburgers on the beach. They still allow you to write on the walls with sharpies . That is a nice feature of this establishment . For people vacationing here this place has a awesome location right along Ocean Boulevard. The management here seems like customers are the enemy when they are so busy. They get right hateful for no reason because they are so busy. The food quality just doesn't seem as good as it used to be. Just not as fresh tasting and not piping hot like it used to be. The burgers are still pretty decent size but the service seems like they have to instead of a want to out of the people running this place. Nobody likes to go to a place where they feel like they're doing you a favor. My wife had to help them at the bar make new plates for the hamburgers. They did not even offer Us free dessert or any kind of discount for helping them with their dishes. Everybody was not ready for the crowd. They ran out of tea they ran out of dishes. The food was not coming out of the kitchen that fast. And what's so funny is they already had a lot of the hamburgers cooked. Which I think is a No-No in a fresh hamburger place. I still say you're better off driving down the road a little bit and going to Logan's Steakhouse. They stay open late you don't have to wash or help them with the dishes. And you still get a good military discount or a local discount. And the hamburgers have much better meat quality. And the big Key to Logan's is they are charcoal grilled. This might sound stuck up, but as the customer, I want my food regardless of the amount of people or the time. It should not take 3 HOURS TO MAKE MY GOD DANG FOOD. WE HAD CHILDREN AND A TABLE OF 10. THIS IS INSANE, ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Whole tables have left already eaten and probably gone to sleep now. What the heck is wrong with this restaurant. It should not take this long. 3 refills before I even got my order, what? This food needs to make me live forever or give me all the knowledge in the world if the restaurant ever wants me back. And now it's gonna take an extra 25 minutes to eat my food. This is retarded. But the burgers were good, not oily and very well done. The waiter got them mixed up at first and my company did not get their guacamole either. Edit: But... but. The waiter was just amazing regardless of what I said earlier. It was never his fault and he was able to handle our bad attitudes perfectly and he was just overall a great waiter. He just redeemed the whole restaurant.
