Two night stay. I was worried there would be lots of noise as the hotel is so near the airport, but that never happened. It was incredibly quiet. Unfort. flight delays were how the day started and how it ended. Shuttle driver Masood was helpful and kind, going out of his way to help my mother and I at 11:45pm, after a 9hr delay, as we got turned upside down at the airport. Shuttle runs 24/7, thankfully. At the hotel, staff were professional and helpful at every possible opportunity. 5 stars to all of them. The 1 bdrm suite with two queen beds was ideal for us and was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small, dated, and shower heads need replacing - but water is hot. I really liked that the vanity was in the bedroom area so Mom could shower, while I did my makeup. My only complaint was that the sofa bed mattresses need replacing (you can feel the metal springs underneath them). Buffet breakfast was average, but I liked the variety. It is replenished fastidiously, so if a food item is running low, inform staff and it will be taken care of. Waffle station was my favourite! Restaurant is open until 11pm. We had dinner at the restaurant on our second night, including dessert (see pics). It’s nice to have the shuttle and the restaurant and I am glad we stayed here because we didn’t realize we would need them and it saved us time, money, and frustration having these amenities on site. I would confidently recommend for a 1-2 night stay. Tip: request room facing pool.

Hello my Name is Janae Me And my Husband was a guest over the holiday weekend in ..Our flight Got cancelled and we had to come into Orlando a day later stripping us of an extra day of our 1 year anniversary trip.. on top of that I was not given the room I purchased online I was give a 2 bed Queen when it was suppose to be a 1 bd king don’t know where the confusion came from I book rooms online all the time when we got into the 2 bed queen suit we was greeted by a strong Mold Smell!! … my husband and I was infected by bed bugs and was broke out in hives all over his chest and back a severe reaction. We told the lady and man at the front desk and they instantly said they were sorry and put us in a king suit .. the one was suppose to get from the beginning .. so we got the king suit we get in the room and after a while of surveying the room we notice that the microwave and the tv doesn’t function properly.. we couldn’t warm up our food to eat .. it was so ridiculous it was the worst stay I ever had .. !!!!

PAY EXTRA if you arrive in a car or vehicle, PARKING FEE?? What? Nice enough place, but when we arrived for an overnight (prepaid) stay, SURPRISED that there was an additional $21.00 to park your vehicle that you arrived in, at the property parking lot?? ($18+ self service parking fee + tax= $20.78) THEN we almost made the mistake to presume that the (not until 7am) continental breakfast was included? What check in coupon?? "Oh, don't worry, just sit at a table and we'll take care of you..." They certainly were going to take care of us (to the tune of about $50 for two ) I suppose if money were no object and you don't mind hidden fees, looking for a RESORT type experience, fine... But we just needed a safe place to sleep over night for a two day, weekend event. So the parking scam started to become evident after check in, "where do we park?" oh, around the back, make sure you scan the QR Code and enter your plate number, vehicle details". Wait, credit card?

Where do I began. I came here on a couples trip with my husband. Stayed here last weekend for my birthday. Upon checking in we didn’t get the run done on the breakfast hours or pool times. Our room price included the breakfast buffet. We weren’t given breakfast vouchers upon check in either. Didn’t find out till right before we set down for breakfast. We were racially profiled by hotel staff person, John. We watched two Caucasian males grab breakfast and weren’t asked for their breakfast vouchers. Only we were asked as well as another black female that was there. John stopped us before we could sit down to let us know how much breakfast was $17.99 per person like we didn’t see the sign that was there. No apology was given from the front desk staff not doing their job upon check in. So my husband walked over to the front desk received the vouchers he didn’t get at first. Gave them to John then we sat down to eat our now cold breakfast. Later that evening we asked a tall staff person which way to enter the pool. Got in maybe 2-4 minutes only to find out from someone that wasn’t swimming anymore. “Someone pooped in the pool” her exact words were you might wanna get out someone pooped in there”. She was a hotel guest and staff was aware of this problem. That same guy came and said “we’re about to close the pool” didn’t tell us why it was only around 8pm. Even though we were told the pool closed at 10pm. Lastly the next morning before checking out someone from house keeping just walked in our room. It wasn’t even close to checkout time it was 9:16am. Checkout is at 12pm. I left several messages with Sophia, Luis, and Daniel the first shift supervisor. I never received a call at all from the general manager Lena. All this crazy stuff makes me wonder about the company in a whole. Like this isn’t ok. Nothing was done to accommodate the actions we faced while staying at this hotel. The only reason we stayed here is because the hotel had a shuttle and I can stay here through my job at a discounted rate. I won’t spend another dime coming here ever again! Thx for ruining my experience at the Sheraton customer service is a big fat Zero!!! The room and shuttle service is why I rated 2 stars. Because had it not been for that it wouldn’t have any. All this company cares about is money. And before anyone decides to say you gave me a discount. Sweetie I already get discounted stays no matter where I go. Our second night was only $128 they price matched because they wanted the money. That wasn’t a discount to me. I shouldn’t have had to pay for the second night at all. Because of the experience we had on our first night here. Not to mention it took Luis an hour just to get us checked in. I could have booked on my own for the...

I drove up to Orlando from west Palm to spend the day with my 2 year old son at Disney because we have annual passes. We had dinner after the parks, and while we were leaving the restaurant, there was really bad inclement weather. So I decided to stay the night in Orlando instead of drive through the windy thunderstorm.|I picked this place.|When we arrived we paid for parking, and walked in around 11-11:30pm.|We got up to our room, I wanted to let him shower after our long day, but I knew it was very late and he could shower in the morning.|I turned on a movie until he fell asleep (about 45mins)||I hung out with him until he fell asleep and after that I had a phone call with a friend.|Around 1am I decided I decided to shower. So I turned on the water, and pulled the shower pin on the bath faucet so the shower would turn on, and I let it get hot for a few minutes.||My son was asleep and I was right outside the bathroom undressing when I heard a huge bang come from the bathroom.| And heard the sound of the shower vanish.|I went in there to investigate and the bath tub faucet had completely flung off the wall and into the bathtub.|Completely exposing the pipe from the wall dumping water into the tub.||I still needed to shower, so I called the front desk and they sent maintenance personnel to my room to check it out while my son was asleep in the bed. They offered to let me shower in another room if I left it spotless.|I told them I’m solo with a sleeping two year old I can’t just leave this room.|If he wakes up he could very easily walk out of the hotel room while I’m in a different room showering.|So I declined and asked to switch rooms but it was super inconvenient to switch rooms in the middle of the night with a sleeping two year old.|I had to wake him up move our belongings over, and then get him back to sleep.|Which took another 25 minutes.||I didn’t mind spending the money on a nice hotel room in the sake of safety from a long drive in the severe weather.|The rooms were nice sized and had central ac as opposed to window units so I did like the suites, but it was just a super inconvenient stay having to switch rooms in the middle of the night because the shower fell apart.||The second room had ants on the table between the two beds.||I really enjoyed the speedy staff while checking in, and the rooms were brilliant besides the ants and the bathtub faucet flying off the wall.||I’d like to be contacted.|What if my son was standing in that shower?|I stayed the night of April 1-2...
