Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Palmdale

It’s ridiculous how many times they messed up my order. Literally every single time I been to this place I’m missing something or something is just wrong. Today was by far the worst experience. First I ordered through the speaker in the drive thru and I guess the girl didn’t hear I wanted 2 meals she only marked me down for one. So I asked the guy taking payments if he can change it so he had to walk all the way over to the window then came back and charged me $34 for my two meals which sounds about right. As soon as he charged me he walked back to the window then came back told me his tablet signed him out as soon as I paid so I had to pay again then he said payment went through so I went to pick up my order, they only gave me one meal and one single entree so I was missing a drink and fries. The girl at the window said I only ordered one meal but I paid $34 I pulled it up on the app and confirmed my 2 meals came out to $34. So they gave me the fries and drink and I was on my way home when it hit me, this place and these kids running this place mess up my order in every way so I checked to make sure my food didn’t have cheese… it did so i had to go all the way back park my car go inside tell them they messed up my order AGAIN got my food and finally got home. They missed my sauce for my cool wrap and no straws. How are you guys so bad at this? You guys need to slow it down or something these kids running this place are too stimulated in their brains...

Me and my babies already love this place but Branden made us life time chicees!! First night out on the town with my kids since my father passed. We were stuck at home for 2 years caring for him making sure he was good. We usually don’t get to drive through chic-fila late at night this was the first since the pandemic.

We were blessed enough to be let into the drive through at closing ( thank you anonymous person for making that exception!!) And of course just like a mommy I forgot my atm card which I realized after ordering my kids their kids meals. My kids were disappointed but understood. I felt awful for my mistake but also took responsibility for my mistake. I apologized to the poor worker who helped us and As we were making our way through the drive through to leave with no food a wonderful angel named Braden saved the day and gave my babies their kids meals on the house!! I always expect to find good food and excellent customer service when I come to chic-fila but we were taken back by their kindness tonight.😭😭 you made an already blessed evening out of the house for the first time even more amazing. Thank you Braden. You just don’t even know how much we were touched. God bless you 1000 fold my dear 🙏🏽 thank you for showing my babies that the kindness I teach them to show on the world actually does come...

Coming from the UK our first trip to NYC took us to new fast food chains all over the city (Wendy's, Shake Shack etc) that we don't have back home and lucky for us we decided to give Chick Fill A a try after seeing them all over the city.We visited on 2 occasions and both times there were very long lines but because of a very simple but well managed ordering system (they essentially let you pre order your food in the line) we got our food very quick and piping hot on both occasions.The chicken sandwich's we had were delicious, way better than the KFC equivalent we had been used to back home. Also make sure you try the range of sauces (they are all free) as they are also amazing.However the real stand out at this chain is the customer service...it's better than what Ive had at some fine dining restaurants. The staff were all super friendly and polite and service was always with a smile. Not only that but they came to our table and offered us free refills on drinks and then offered to take away our trash. I literally couldn't find a single fault with anything on both of our visits, other restaurant chains around the world need to stand up...
