Taco Bell - Live Más Café — Restaurant in Palmdale

So I had a grub hub order I had to pick up from this toco bell it was 9:57pm when I pulled up it looked like possibly the inside was already closed so I decided to go through the drive thru so I get to where you order and I tell them hi I have a grub hub order for …. The girl says I’m sorry you have to come in to pick up orders and I respond well I thought you was closed inside already now mind u there was no other car in the drive thru if there was I guess I could understand but Not a single car. So I drive around and park and as I get out I see the order I’m supposed to pick up right there on the counter so I go in and before I grab the order I ask if the could ring me up a drink and they did so I grab my drink and the order as I head out there’s someone walking in now plus the person who locks up the inside started to lock up so I get to my car and realize I have some garbage I need to throw away so I walk towards the door and ask the gentleman locking the door is there a trash can I can throw this away in and he says not outside so I say well can I throw it away inside real quick and he tells me now that we are closed inside I can’t let u in to throw garbage away!!! Are you kidding me not 20 seconds ago I was in the store grabbing a order that u could of just grabbed and handed it thru the drive thru window then I ask to throw something away and now I can’t mind u there was another customer in the store that didn’t...

Don’t go or Oder from this taco late at night they will sell you cold food they couldn’t sell during they shift so instead on throwing it away they sell it to you then when you complain they say it’s your fault that’s it’s cold and it’s nothing they can do because they turn off they ovens and my supreme taco was made very sloppy and it was cold I spoke with the manager and he seem very rude and unprofessional like he hates his job or something he continues to interrupt me while I was explaining to him the Fod was cold he started to replace the food but said he can’t replace the fries because they oven was turn off for cleaning he continued to be rude while I was explaining to him could I please have the items replaced with something else he stated the taco but not the fries then he gets in patience and told me to have a good night and didn’t help solve the issue Jason the manager was very disrespectful and it’s sad he don’t have Any customers...

First I just want to clarify that we usually eat Taco bell for quick road trip food, not for health reasons. We travel a lot, and it makes for something nice a quick. So we do eat Taco bell frequently all over the US. The sticker on the door said "A" from the health code department. Not sure how. It was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled horrible. I would have rather used an out house, but I really needed to empty the bladder. Taco shells were all soggy. Tomatoes were not right. The employees didn't seem to care if they got the order or the name correct. We will not be back to this one. This was the worst Taco Bell we have seriously ever been to.
