Sunburn Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in Panama City Beach

Sunburn Cannabis is raising the bar for local dispensaries in the PCB area. Their business model separates them from other dispensaries with a welcome and inviting atmosphere that extends beyond its doors. Before making my first trip upon their pre-grand opening, I also heard rumors of a pool table in the dispensary! Apparently, the energy they bring goes all the way back to some roots in the cartels that were prosecuted for moving illegal 'drugs'. Welcome to 2024 and a fresh take on how business is done.

There's nothing extraordinary about the footprint of their building. It stands clad in Orange with the Sunburn logo, facing traffic on Hutchinson Blvd as people travel towards the Super Walmart shopping center just down the way. Pulling into the parking lot was easy enough. Leaving the parking lot was a little more difficult as it seems the causeway does not wrap all the way around the building. One might assume that this will someday be remedied as the concrete drops off where a road is almost certainly supposed to exist. I was anxious to check the door and see what was inside, regardless of the parking lot. Many dispensaries seem to have meager accommodations due to the onslaught of an enormously underserved need in the community.

Let me get to the best part! What do you expect when you stop into your dispensary? If you are like me, you are accustomed to logging in and placing your order before you arrive so as to not get stuck in a long queue. First visits are always the worst. Taylor changed this for me. She was bubbly and fun. She greeted me with warmth and genuine interest, not just in what I was saying out loud but to whom it was she was in the process of serving. Upon my second visit I was met with an equal amount of exuberance by one of her counterparts, Trevor. Come to find out, the guy I did not actually speak to was Matthew. He was the guy who shared the backstory of Sunburn with a friend of mine and suggested that they expect to have a pool table on site. This is a business that has made the likelihood of visiting the dispensary less of a burden and more of a joy that I would like to experience every day. Thank you, Sunburn Cannabis. I’ve been to Sunburn Cannabis a few times now, and every time I go, Brandon makes the experience wonderful. He’s always so friendly, approachable, and really takes the time to listen to what I need. I can tell he genuinely cares about helping me find the right products, which is so refreshing.

He brings so much positivity, knowledge, and care to every interaction, and I can’t help but think he deserves a promotion. I've had my medical card since 2018. I have a collection of Autoimmune conditions that cause quite a bit of pain, nausea, etc. I've been using MMJ for treatment and it's done an incredible job. I've tried every dispensary in this area, and not a single one of those comes close to Sunburn. The product is spectacular! The flower is a nice mix of large buds and small buds. The Live Rosin butter is clean and packs a large punch.

I say all of that, and I haven't even touched on the vibe that Sunburn brings. The employees were so welcoming to us as first timers. Brandon took the time to show us the menu and helped my boss create an account for himself, while I created my account on a different tablet. Brandon is well-versed on the product, and was open to answering any questions that we had.

The checkout process was very quick. They showed us how to place an order online so by the time we arrived, it would already be, or close to, packed.
