El Rodeo Tequila Bar & Grill - Front Beach PCB — Restaurant in Panama City Beach

First time visiting this restaurant..waitress, Giselle was very awesome,patient and understood. Secondly, we had a waiter, who told us we could smoke outside, after 2hrs of happy hour, supposedly the owner said we could not. Grant it, we were there 2 hrs prior any other customera being there and were not disturbing anyone, having our own little party within our table and others were smiling and all after being told we could not smoke. Grant it, everytime we ask for another round, I remind you it was happy hour Did we want our check, I feel like it was another way to get us out of there. Total of 6 margaritas between 2 ppl. The beef was disgusting and the cheese dip congealed. Over all, they all need to work as a team on knowing the policy before telling a customer one thing and then not being able smoke outside..no...

We visited El Rodeo Tequila Bar & Grill during our trip to Panama and, unfortunately, left underwhelmed. The food overall lacked flavor—especially the chicken flautas, which tasted bland and a bit old. One of our party members mentioned it to the waiter, who kindly offered to replace the dish, which we appreciated, but we respectfully declined.

Another disappointment was that they had run out of rice, and we weren’t informed ahead of time or offered any substitute. It felt like a missed opportunity for better service.

On the positive side, the parrillada was enjoyable, and the drinks, including the micheladas, were well made. The place definitely has potential, but there's room for improvement in both food quality and customer communication. With a few adjustments, it could become...

The atmosphere was awesome ONLY because a GREAT band was playing! We sat outside! The waiter was ok at first, but he didn't care when my beer was warm because I waited almost an hour to say something. It's like dude it would have been gone long before, but it was NOT ice cold!! 🤮 At least we didn't get charged for the fountain drink that was 1.50 less than the beer!! 🙄 I will ONLY go there again if a good band is playing, but we won't be drinking there, that's for sure! It was just how the guy, who i dont even think was our waiter, handled it! Then I went to get a drink at the bar outside .....literally took forever, and then he shorted me 83 cents, so there no tip for him!! Uuggh, dont think I will come back here again for any...
