Five stars for the women who were working the help desk on Thursday 02/20 around 3pm-ish. They were beautiful, wonderful, engaging, and helpful. It was a small interaction that brightened my day.

One star for the two men who were working Friday 02/22 at 3:25pm. I was assaulted by their negative energy and non existent desire to actually be helpful until pressed to do so. I imagine these men are quite competent but I encourage them to opt for a job that is not customer-facing unless they decide to undergo profound...
