Update: I had to change out my gear and went to the other Ahoha shop in Park City and the experience we completely different. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Worst cutomer service in Park City! My 11 year old son was afraid of the employee who was supposed to be providing the proper rental equipment. The employee who i believe was also the manager had an extremely bad attitute towards my whole family, did not care what fit, and got upsept if you told him what he brought out didn't fit. After all that, he overcharged us by 25% and then didn't want to correct his mistake. After I realized how groosly overchared we were, I went back to get the credit, he didn't admit his mistake, apologize, or even act like he cared. Our group of 6 spent our ski vacation in Park City. The two ladies we encountered at this location were some of the least helpful I’ve ever encountered. They hardly stopped chatting with each other to help us,(actually hardly spoke to us)didn’t fit check any of us, and ruined my day of instruction and therefore my skiing due to painful boots (I told them they hurt) that literally had me in tears. I couldn’t complete my lesson even after a boot change at another location. The two other girls in my group were also given awful boots. I recently visited this establishment (it’s two locations in this area if I can remember the one I visited started with 14 and I think there was a guy named Andy working there) Anyway it was our first time skiing and the customer service was AMAZING!!! They made sure all our equipment fitted and even told us a lot of safety tips!!! The whole crew who worked on November 22, 2019 were amazing and if you visit them for your ski rental you won’t be disappointed🙂🙂p.s they also sell these little keychain flasks which are really nice... and they have a place to store your items when you come to get...
